Nautica Appartement 20

This beautiful, light-filled 2-room apartment in Haffkrug is located on the 1st floor and offers pure relaxation. The spacious southwest-facing balcony is perfect for relaxing. The living room, dining area, and bedroom can be combined by opening a room divider (folding wall), creating a large open-concept living and sleeping area. A cosy living room suite and a recliner provide plenty of space to unwind. A large Smart TV (cable) and DVD player are provided. The apartment is equipped with a modern double fold-out bed (1.80 x 2.00 m). Dining area for 4 people. The small, separate built-in kitchen features an oven with a ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, and a microwave. Full exterior blinds provide effective light control. Bathtub. Heated outdoor swimming pool from mid-May to mid-September. Washing machine (for a fee). Underground parking space. No pets! Non-smoking apartment. There is no Wi-Fi available in this apartment!

Complex:

This well-maintained complex is located right on the sea. Just a few steps from your apartment and you’re on the fine-sand Baltic Sea beach. Restaurants, shops, and recreational and shopping options are right nearby. Parking spaces are available in the underground garage. A washing machine is available for shared use in the building. The outdoor swimming pool is open from May through September.
We invite you to visit the beautiful Baltic Sea coast year-round to enjoy relaxing beach walks or bike rides.
