3 rooms with two separate bedrooms, balcony and kitchen offer space for 4 holiday guests. Large windows in the living room create a bright and friendly atmosphere. The large bedroom is furnished with a double bed (1.60 wide) and a television. Adjacent to the first bedroom is the second, inner sleeping area with 2 single beds and a large wardrobe. In the living room there is a cozy sofa that invites you to spend evenings watching TV or lingering with a good book. The balcony has a beautiful west exposure, from which you can enjoy fantastic sunsets. The kitchen is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. The bathroom has a shower and a toilet. A washing machine and dryer can be used in the house for a fee.

Toller Aufenthalt

Wir kommen schon seit Jahren nach Scharbeutz, waren aber das erste Mal in dieser Wohnung. Den Aufenthalt haben wir sehr genossen, die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht in einer hervorragenden Lage. Zwei kleine Kritikpunkte haben wir trotzdem: das Bad könnte etwas größer sein und der Aufzug fährt leider nicht bis in die Tiefgarage. Das wäre baulich aber wohl auch nicht anders zu lösen. Alles in allem aber eine schöne Wohnung!

Die Wohnung hat eine super zentrale Lage allerdings ist der Baulärm vom Park der direkt neben der Wohnung liegt sehr störend!

Stilvolle Wohnung mit bester Lage

Uns hat die Wohnung wirklich sehr gut gefallen. Sie schaut aus, wie auf den Fotos abgebildet und war ein tolles Zuhause auf Zeit. Was wir bemängeln liegt eher an den nicht ausreichenden Infos, zum Beispiel stand im Inserat, dass es einen Wasserkocher zur Aufbereitung von Tee und Kaffee geben soll. Also haben wir slebst eine Kaffeemaschine mitgebracht. Das was nicht notwendig, da es eine Filterkaffeemaschine und sogar von Tschibo eine Kapselmaschine gab. Auch die Beschreibung bezüglich Tiefgarage fanden wir nicht so gut. In Textform haben einige Infos gefehlt, eben auch, dass man nicht von der Tiefgarage auf direktem Weg in das Haus / die Wohnung gelangt. Diese Info wurde aber auch nicht verbal beim Check-In gegeben, obwohl das Parken Thema war. Gleiches gilt für die Textform von der Müllentsorgung. Haben wir auf gut Glück entdeckt. Für eine bessere Mülltrennung, wäre mindestens ein weiterer Mülleimer in der Küche sehr schön gewesen. Da das Dinge sind, die einfach anzupassen sind und nicht direkt die Wohnung als solches betrifft, kann ich diese nur empfehlen!

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön und hervorragend gelegen. Es sind nur wenige Meter bis zum Strand. Es war alles wie im Inserat beschrieben. Es gibt einen kleinen und einen großen Kritik Punkt. Der kleine...man soll die Wohnung Besenrein hinterlassen, es gibt aber keinen Handfeger. Das ist aber nicht der Rede wert. Was aber eine große Rolle gespielt hat, sind die beiden groß Baustellen die hinter und neben der Ferienwohnung sind. An Ruhe war nicht zu denken. Den ganzen Tag wurde gehämmert und gebohrt. Mit zwei Kindern, wovon eines noch Mittagsschlaf machen muss, ist das mehr als schlecht. So schön die Lage und die Wohnung selber auch ist, wenn man keine Ruhe findet, ist mit Erholung nicht viel!

Die zentrale Lage is...

Die zentrale Lage ist sehr gut. Leider war auf einer der beiden Markisen ein Schwalbennest, sodass wir sie nicht benutzen konnten. Dadurch war der Balkon auch ständig mit Vogelkot verunreinigt. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist gut. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat leider kein Fenster. Bei den hochsommerlichen Temperaturen in der vergangenen Woche war es in dem Schlafraum zu warm. Der Tiefgaragenplatz ist für SUV eine Herausforderung!

Geräumig aber schmutzig.

Das Appartement war sehr schön geräumig aber der Zustand war negativ. Fenster total blind. Alte Holzfenster 70er Jahre die sich auch kaum noch aufschieben ließen. Badezimmer gut ausgestattet aber alter Wasserschaden an Decke und Wand wurde nicht beseitigt. Schmutz in allen Ecken, besonders unter den Betten und hinter der Couch. Küche sehr gut eingerichtet, da fehlt es an an nix. Sonst alle Räume sehr gut. Der Preis Endreinigung ist für so einen Zustand zu hoch. Ein Preis 80€ an Fewo direkt bezahlt, damit ich nicht beraten und nicht zurückgerufen werde wenn ich auf deren Band spreche ? Nein danke, ich zahle gerne für guten Service, aber nicht für 0 Service.
