The apartment is located in the first row to the Baltic Sea. The promenade can be enjoyed with a leisurely stroll or a sporty bike ride.

3 rooms with two bedrooms can accommodate up to 4 people. The open kitchen is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired; the cool retro fridge and freezer is a real eye-catcher. The window front in the living room creates a bright and friendly atmosphere all day long and the cozy couch corner invites you to linger. From the living room you can access the furnished, south-west facing corner balcony (12 m²), from which you can enjoy both a side sea view and lots of sun rays. Also from the living room you can reach one of the two bedrooms with the comfortable day bed (0.80 wide), which can also be used as a double bed (1.60 wide) and with a wardrobe. The second bedroom has two single beds (each 0.80 wide) and a wardrobe. The chic bathroom with shower completes this feel-good apartment. The washing machine and dryer can be used in the in-house laundry room for a fee.

Die Wohnung ist einladend und hell.
Es gibt auch eine kleine Auswahl an Büchern.
In der Küche hat sich kein Platz mehr für eine Mikrowelle gefunden.

Hallo, die Wohnung war sauber aber es waren viele lange dunkle Haare in der Wohnung verteilt. Was wir leider sehr ekelig fanden.
Die Jalousien waren auch schon defekt!

Die Wohnung ist in e...
Die Wohnung ist in einem guten Zustand, die Lage ist perfekt und 30 m nach links, ist der heiß geliebte Italiener, wo man super schön essen kann. Für eine Familie (4 Personen, davon 2 Kinder) ist sie zu klein! Durch die Schiebetüren ist alles sehr hellhörig und auf dem Sofa hat man zu 4 wenig Platz.
Wünschenswert ist eine Mikrowelle und noch eine Jalousie/Plissee im Wohnbereich. Zur Abdunklung das es nicht so heiß wird in der Wohnung.

Die Bettensituation war gelinde gesagt eine Katastrophe. Dadurch das die IKEA Betten keinen Lattenrost und auch keine ordentlichen Matratzen hatten war das Schlafen nur sehr schlecht möglich. Es müßten ordentliche Betten mit Lattenrost und sehr guten Matratzen verwendet werden. Bad und Küche waren OK. Im Wohnzimmer müßte eine Jalousie die Sonneneinstrahlung Richtung Fernseher verhindern. Der Müllbereich war nicht gesichert, nicht eindeutig zuzuordnen und die Tonnen völlig überfüllt. Aus den vorgenannten Gründen sind wir auch 1 Tag eher abgereist.

Sehr schöne liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung, sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Direkte Lage zum Meer. Balkon mit Meerblick. Schlüsselübergabe war problemlos,Stellplatz für das Auto vorhanden, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu Fuß möglich. Schlafen mit Meeresrauschen. Rundum perfekt. Danke!!

Top Wohnung in direkter Strandlage... immer wieder gerne... einziges Minus,es gibt keine Kleiderschränke,was sich bei 4 Personen für 2 Wochen dann doch etwas schwieriger gestaltete...sonst war alles suppi...wir kommen gerne wieder...mal schauen in welche Wohnung uns es beim 3.Mal verschlägt...die sind alle soooo toll u alles ist so herrlich unkompliziert ( Buchung,Schlüsselübergab/abgabe, Service usw&...)we love it !!!!!
