Furnished in Scandinavian clear and bright style, the 40 m² apartment is located directly on the Baltic Sea beach Sierksdorfer. It is located in 2018 newly built and newly furnished house "flounder & herring" and offers up to four people space for a relaxing holiday by the sea with a quiet terrace in the countryside.

The house is located in the first row - and thus directly on the Sierksdorfer Promenade and the fine sandy beach. In front of the house offers a wonderful view over the Bay of Lübeck and nearby beach resorts such as Timmendorfer beach or Scharbeutz. Despite the quiet location, it is not far to the nearest restaurant: In Sierksdorf, 100 meters away, guests can dine during the day and in the evening. By a short walk along the promenade (800 meters) you can reach bakers, cafes and shops in Haffkrug.

The apartment is equipped with a separate bedroom and an open kitchen. In the bedroom there is a comfortable box spring double bed (1.60 width). In the living area, guests can also use a sofa bed (1.40 width) for overnight accommodation - so that up to four people can sleep in the apartment. The kitchenette convinces u. a. with fridge incl. Freezer, dishwasher, induction hob and oven and leaves nothing to be desired. The modern bathroom has a shower and toilet. A large, aligned to the garden window front with terrace upstream offers privacy and space for free development. The terrace area is equipped with table, chairs and a parasol. Washer and dryer are also available for a common, free use.

The living room is next to a flat screen TV, a stereo with USB port and a W-Lan connection.
