Floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room create a bright and friendly atmosphere all day long. From here you can also access the east-facing balcony with garden furniture and parasol. The bathroom has a shower and a toilet. A washing machine is available free of charge in the basement. There is also a solarium in the basement, which can be used for a fee.
