Part of a two-family house with pooland views of the beautiful Gulf of Agropoli and the plain of Paestum.
The house is located on a hill near the statue of St. Francis and is the ideal destination for those who like to live near a small town like Agropoli, without giving up the beauty of the hillside.
You can reach the center of Agropoli in about 5 minutes by car and from there the beaches. The nature reserve Trentova with its bathing establishments, restaurants and sandy and rocky beaches are about 4 km away. Enjoy the beautiful terrace with panoramic views and children's toys, from which you can access the pool with underwater massage (on one side), color therapy and water disinfection by sea salt. The pergola with bar corner is ideal for relaxing. The house is very well located to discover all the beautiful places of the Cilento area.

Super schöne Tage im Spätsommer/Frühherbst!
Grillen am Abend, Schwimmen im Pool bei Lieblingsmusik über Soundanlage, Spielen mit dem Kicker, Genießen eines Bierchen oder Gläschen Weins in der Sonne, Bewundern der Aussicht über Land und Meer, Kinofilm streamen am Abend über einen der TVs, Kochen nach Lust und Laune, in der Innenstadt von Agropoli nach ca. 10 min. Anfahrt flanieren, Pizza&Pasta, Eis oder Kaffee genießen, Paestum, Amalfi oder Pompeji besuchen, im Cilento wandern oder an den Stränden relaxen und im Meer baden.....die Lage ist super und der Vermieter hat uns noch obendrauf mit Gemüse aus dem eigenen, angrenzden Garten versorgt. Einfach empfehlenswert.
