3 total beds, 2 bathrooms. Lake front, Modern and UPDATED 2 bedroom/2 bath TOP FLOOR condo!
Child friendly! We have a variety of items here, so you don't have to haul them down! (We have a toddler!)

-2 POOLS for your enjoyment! 2 playgrounds are also in the complex to keep the kiddos busy!

Comfy Beds!
-The large MASTER BEDROOM has an amazing hybrid king mattress from Twinkle Beds, with organic cotton sheets! Enjoy deck access & a lake view from this room only! A large dresser and ONE closet with plastic hangers are available for you to use!

-The SECOND BEDROOM has a brand new (FIRM) QUEEN memory foam mattress with organic cotton sheets! There is ALSO a TWIN XL (medium firmness) bed with organic cotton sheets in this room. 2 beds total! 3 can sleep in this room comfortably! This room does not have deck access or a lake view. It faces the front of the condo unit. There is a SMART TV, large dresser and full closet with plastic hangers for you to use!!

-The LIVING ROOM has a comfortable 3 seat couch, a leather chair with matching ottoman and a small sized recliner by the fireplace.

-The DINING ROOM has a round table with seating for 4. There are 2 extra wooden chairs in the bedrooms if needed! There is also a highchair in the 2nd bedroom closet if needed! (The highchair works best on the grey chairs)

-The KITCHEN is very spacious! The bar height "island" has additional seating for 3. There is a full sized refrigerator, dishwasher, and plenty of open pantry space for groceries! Plenty of silverware, dishes, cooking supplies if you choose to eat in during your stay!
We offer a standard coffee maker & a Keurig single serve coffee maker. Enjoy your morning coffee on the large deck!

-Extra Blankets are in the master bedroom dresser. And beach towels are in the 2nd bedroom dresser!

-You'll have access to the entire condo. 2beds/2 baths!
One locked closet in master bedroom is off limits, as well as the hall closet.

-Other things to note:
No room for fishing poles, or didn't have room to pack them????
Not a problem! We supply a couple poles for guests to use during there stay, so you can get the full "lake experience"!
-We have basic tackle (hooks, bobbers, ect.), all you have to do is go to the tackle shop just minutes down the road and pickup your worms or minnows. The fishing poles will be In utility closet when you first walk in the condo. All we ask is that you place them back in the closet before check out & please take care of them as if they were yours!

-Gas prices stopping you from going to the beach for the summer? Lucky for you Lake of the Ozarks public beach number 2 is just a couple miles down the road!
Enjoy your afternoon relaxing at the beach that has picnic tables and restrooms!

-You will also have access to Charcoal BBQ pits located in a few places inside the complex.

****3 sets of stairs are required to enter the top floor unit. There is maybe 8 steps on each set to get to our condo.
