Our house Manuela is actually in the place we have named Ljubac, we do not use the wrong location for our house to lure the guests with the wrong location. Our house is a modern building with high-quality new equipment, it is located in a very quiet location on the outskirts of the village of Ljubac, surrounded by a spacious meadow landscape with a Mediterranean garden, a playground for children and parking for guests (free of charge) has a balcony closed from the left and right with an unobstructed view of the sea. The distance to the natural sand beach of approx. 500-600 meters is not a disadvantage, since there is a 10. 50mx4.50m swimming pool behind the house. B. In 2012 a swimming pool will be built behind the house, where our guests can really relax, recharge their batteries, read a good book or simply sunbathe extensively. Our house thus offers all the ideal conditions for a relaxing holiday in a quiet location, away from mass tourism and noise, but still not too far from the action. In the immediate vicinity is the city of Zadar with many entertainment options, bars, restaurants, cafes, museums, cultural monuments, sport and event events, all in the immediate vicinity of approx. 15 km. In the immediate vicinity there are many romantic fishing villages, wild rocky coasts, deep gorges, lonely bays, grottos and bizarre rock formations. Ljubac is located in the middle of this captivating and breathtaking landscape. Excursions and other activities can also be easily reached from the town of Ljubac, the famous waterfalls of Plitvice Lakes and Krka Falls to the Kornati archipelago and the like. S. W.
