This is our 2nd time staying in this cabin. The owners are fantastic and even reached out to us as soon as we arrived to make sure we had everything we need. Cabin was extremely clean as always and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again! This is our get away spot!
The cabin is perfect for two couples. It is very clean and the kitchen has the basics. The host was quick to respond to our questions. A list of instructions in the cabin would be helpful.
Needed some time to relax and unwind and this is the perfect place. The cabin is lovely and we enjoyed our stay. This was our second time at the cabin and hopefully be back soon!
Quiet and cozy cabin. Enjoyed the back deck for reading, the hot tub for relaxing and the kitchen for meals. Close to town and shopping. Was impressed with the cleanliness.
My boyfriend and our friends stayed here to ring in the New Year! It was such an amazing time! It got down into the 20s on our last night so the firepit was nice to have! We'll definitely be back!
10/10, had everything we needed for an amazing stay in Blue Ridge. We did not want to leave! Very clean, comfortable beds, washer/dryer available, easy check in/out process, close to downtown Blue Ridge & Mercier’s Orchard (one of our favorite spots) and prompt responses from the owner. Would stay here again in a heart beat!
The cabin is lovely. It was immaculate and tastefully decorated. The bed (we only used one of the two) was extremely comfortable. The check-in/out process couldn't have been easier and Bret responded to messages promptly.
It was perfect! everything was immaculate, well-equipped with all the necessities and more, and beautifully furnished. It was such a comfortable and cozy place and very restful, which was what we needed!

The communication with the owner was great! Arrival instructions were very detailed and any questions we had during our stay were answered quickly. The cabin was very clean and had everything we needed during our time there. We loved using the hot tub at night after hiking and exploring and enjoyed making a fire in the firepit. The location was convenient to everything we wanted to see and do. We would suggest this cabin to others and definitely stay here again.

This has been the best cabin we have stayed in for our family of 4. The cabin is absolutely beautiful and the details of the build are top notch! The beds are comfortable and the master shower was amazing! We enjoyed sitting on the back porch and listening to the creek. We hiked everyday on the Aska trails and enjoyed cooking dinners in at the house. The location was perfect to get to Downtown Blue Ridge and to the trails. We hope to be back one day, but are so glad we stayed here and made some special memories!
We're very satisfied with our stay. Something that caught our attention was the cleanliness. My girlfriend rubbed her fingers across a few shelves and surfaces and was impressed with the lack of dust.
Good job sir. Would recommend to anyone looking to get away from life for a while.
We had the best time staying at this cabin. It was so clean and smelled/looked like it had been newly remodeled. It was stocked with basically anything you could want/need. We enjoyed the back porch and grilling on the griddle. The hot tub was very clean and was a favorite for my family. The view of the woods was so relaxing, and we even got to see several deer daily. The host was amazing and very friendly. Anytime I had a question, he was almost immediate with his response. We will definitely book here again.

Thank you for the kind words Kelly! The cabin is a new build just 2 years old. :) I'm pleased you and your family enjoyed the time at the cabin.
This place was unbelievably gorgeous and clean clean clean!!!!! We walked in and our mouths dropped at how beautiful it was. Communication with Bret was awesome! Anytime I had a question he answered pretty much immediately. He was super easy to work with. I can’t wait to stay at one of his locations again!! Thanks for a beautiful stay… it made our girls weekend even better!!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
From booking to checkout, we couldn’t have been more pleased. What you see in the pictures is exactly what you get. Extremely clean. Looks like it’s brand new. Easy to find and all but the last short gravel road is paved. Host very quickly responsive to questions. Beautiful wooded lot off the back deck. Quiet and peaceful. We would not hesitate to stay here again if we come back to Blue Ridge.
The cabin was very clean and comfortable. It’s also conveniently located to town. A few negatives for us were; No coffee, tea, sugar or creamer. You can’t control heat/air, you have to contact owner. The hot tub is really unusable unless you like to walk out the front door, down around the side of the cabin down some steps and small narrow sidewalk. Also Hemlock lane is a gravel road with numerous ruts and holes, granted it’s not that long but I’m glad I drove our truck.

Steven, thank you for your review. We are so glad that you enjoyed your time here. A few things I would like to mention is the A/C is controlled by the guest I just wish you reached out with any questions/ concerns during your stay. We also encourage guests to plan on bringing any pantry items that are necessary for their trips but not explicitly listed as amenities, such as perishables, coffee, spices, and others. Yes there is a small walk to the hot tub but its shown in the listing images. We apologize for any inconvenience experienced due to this and look forward to welcoming you back!
Thanks,
RSR Team
Property is secluded enough for privacy but close enough to Blue Ridge to see everything and only a few minutes from the national forest trails. Cabin is perfect for family of four and has wonderful fireplace when temperature dropped into single digits. Bret is an outstanding host to work with and made our stay very enjoyable.
