Durch die Nähe zu Regensburg könnt Ihr perfekt abschalten und seid trotzdem nahe am Geschehen. Die charmante Ferienwohnung mit weitläufigem Naturgarten ist Teil eines historischen Gebäudes und wurde 2014 saniert. Sie ist komfortabel eingerichtet und mit moderner Technik ausgestattet. Mit hochwertigen Naturmaterialien und ausgesuchten Möbelstücken verströmt Sie Gemütlichkeit zum Ausspannen und Wohlfühlen. Anmerkung: Die Wohnung ist für 2 Personen ausgelegt. Ein bequemes Boxspringbett sorgt für höchsten Schlafkomfort. Die Betten sind auf Wunsch auch teilbar. Für einen weiteren Erwachsenen oder alternativ bis zu 2 Kinder ist eine bequeme Schlafcouch vorhanden. Die idyllische Lage im historischen Ortskern ist ideale Basis um die Natur und Kulturschätze der Region sowie einzigartige Rad- und Wanderwege zu entdecken.

ein toller Aufenthalt

Uns hat die Unterkunft sehr gut gefalen. Die tollen Tipps von Florian waren Gold wert und wir haben trotz des teilweise sehr schlechten Wetters viel unternehmen können. Danke. Das einzig, was uns gestört hat und da kann unsere Gastfamilie absolut nichts für, waren die Kirchenglocken bis tief in die Nacht und am frühen Morgen sowie das Hundegebell in allern¨hester Umgebung ab 5h30. Ansonsten wirklich alles toll!!!! Wir kommen wieder, wenn wir in die Gegen kommen

Sehr nette Ferienwohnung in einem restaurierten Haus und nette Gastgeber

Vorabkommunikation war gut, bei der Ankunft haben wir direkt den Eigentümer (Florian) getroffen, sodass der checkin problemlos lief. Wohnung war und ist wie auf den Bildern abgebildet. Im Erdgeschoss eines alten restaurierten Hauses. Auch im Garten konnten wir einiges nutzen (Kinderspielgeräte, Sitzecke etc.). Die Lage ist sehr zentral in Laaber und direkt an einem kleinen Fluss. Florian und seine Frau hatten viele tolle Tipps parat und waren immer erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Entspannung in der Oberpfalz

Theresa und Florian sind überaus herzliche Gastgeber. Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der Laber und man kann im Garten prima entspannen. Der Ort bietet alles, was man braucht und ist ein guter Startpunkt für Fahrradtouren im Labertal. Unbedingt zu empfehlen!

Wanderurlaub in Laaber

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Ferienwohnung verbracht, alles war wie beschrieben sehr gemütlich und wir wurden herzlich begrüßt und betreut. Der Ort ist ebenfalls sehr schön und bietet alles was man so braucht. Die Verbindet mit der Bahn nach Regensburg ist optimal, so dass man kein Auto benötigt. Es sind viele Wanderungen vom Quartier aus möglich und am Abend kann man noch am Wasser sitzen und den Tag in Ruhe ausklingen lassen.

Tolle Wohnung in der Oberpfalz

Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Ausstattung ist gut und der Komfort, vor allem des Schlafzimmers, hervorragend. Man sieht die Liebe zum Detail, die Wohnung hat eine ganz tolle Atmosphäre. Woran man sich gewöhnen muss ist das Leuten der Kirche, welche direkt nebenan steht. Da kann aber die Wohnung nichts für und wir sind eine ruhigere Wohnlage daheim gewöhnt. ;-) Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und haben viel Hilfsbereitschaft gezeigt. Auch für Tipps Rund und Laaber waren sie gute Ansprechpartner. Macht weiter so. Auf bald!

Super ruhig, total freundliche Vermieter

Die liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung hat alles, was man so braucht. Sie liegt direkt an der Schwarzen Laaber. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es auf dem nur 2 Minuten entfernten Marktplatz. Trotzdem ist es total ruhig, wenn man mal davon absieht, dass die Kirche nebenan schon um 6 Uhr alle 15 Minuten zu läuten beginnt. Trotzdem war alles super. Der Vermieter hat uns bei der Ankunft vom Bahnhof Laber abgeholt und bei der Abreise wieder hin gebracht. Das war toll, denn der Weg vom Bahnhof in Dorf ist steil. Zusammenfassend: Gerne wieder.
