Bright apartment with splendid sea view located in Pieve Ligure, surrounded by greenery and just a short walk from the beaches and the characteristic cliffs of the Ligurian Riviera. The apartment has a private entrance, a large garden on 2 levels and a balcony with sea view. A few steps from the house there is a "creuza" (characteristic path with steps) that leads to the sea. Pieve Ligure is a seaside resort from which you can reach on foot other characteristic resorts such as Sori, Camogli and Bogliasco and which offers summer events with paragliding, theater and jazz. In the whole area there is the possibility of beautiful walks and excursions, for example to Monte San Bernardo. From here you can reach the Belvedere di San Rocco, the trails of the Natural Park of Portofino and its headland, and the picturesque roads that connect the most famous places of the Riviera, such as Sant'Ilario, Recco and Pieve Alta. From Genoa or Camogli you can take a ferry to visit the wonderful landscape of the Cinque Terre or the impressive port city of Genoa with its ancient noble palaces (13 km), which the Italians also call 'Genova la Superba'. For lovers of water sports, the Riviera offers numerous opportunities such as boat rentals, windsurfing and diving. Parking on the private road.
