Conveniently situated in Kissimmee, just 8 miles from Disney parks, our home provides easy access to all the exciting attractions of Orlando.

This neighborhood boasts various features, including a 10,000 sq. ft. clubhouse with a state-of-the-art fitness center, a resort-style pool with a lazy river, a tiki bar and spa, a volleyball court, and multi-purpose sports courts. The clubhouse also includes Tu Casa Bar & Lounge, a Rodeo Market & Deli, and an arcade and sundries shop.

Additionally, a full-service concierge and activities director is available to assist residents. The community is gated and staffed with an attendant, the driveways are made of pavers, and the roofs are made of barrel tiles.

Please note that the initial credit card information requested during the booking process is solely for website registration purposes. Welfare Vacation Homes will subsequently request your credit card details through our property management system for the actual payment. We have implemented a thorough three-step authorization process to ensure the utmost information security:

1. Submission of Reservation Agreement and Credit Card Information.
2. Submission of a Personal Portrait Holding the Credit Card and ID.
3. Electronic Signatures Verification.

Please be advised that, in accordance with our payment policy, an initial payment equal to 50% of the total reservation amount is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance of 50% shall be payable within 30 calendar days from the date of booking.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, in instances where the check-in date occurs within the same calendar month as the booking confirmation, the total reservation amount shall be due and payable in full at the time of booking.

To receive a refund, any reservation cancellations must be made at least 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival or in the event of a no-show will not qualify for a refund. However, cancellations made at least 30 days in advance will incur only a 4.5% transaction fee. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed on the originally scheduled check-in date.

If you choose to complete your reservation and make the payment via wire transfer or Zelle, you will not be required to pay the 4.5% cancellation fee.

Early check-in or late checkout may be available at an extra charge if the property schedule permits it.

If you need to, please request Pack & Play one day before your arrival.

BBQ Grill has an additional cost of $50 for use during the reservation.

For the best convenience of our guests, we provide basic supplies such as shampoo, conditioner, soap, and essential kitchen items like salt, sugar, and pepper for the first days of the stay.
