Our family’s stay was amazing! The unit was very spacious and clean. The back patio area was gorgeous with beautiful scenery and amazing wild life. Very family friendly!! The pool area , beach, and tennis courts kept everyone happy and busy. This is definitely a place to bring your family for a fun and relaxing time.

Nice place but construction was a bummer.

The rental was exactly as pictured. It was clean and comfortable other than it being hot when we arrived early in the morning after a long drive and flight. The A/C was working but the thermostat wasn’t. The hosts seemed a bit annoyed that we wanted it cooler but they were willing to get it working again. They sent someone over who didn’t know how to fix it. He could have been friendlier. He insisted that the AC was as working fine (I didn’t say the AC wasn’t working, I said the thermostat didn’t work). The next day the hosts got someone there who reset it and it worked fine after that. The next door neighbors were doing construction on their unit so we weren’t able to enjoy being in the rental during the day for most of our stay. I realize there wasn’t anything the hosts could do about that but we paid plenty to stay there so we wanted to be able to enjoy it without the noise. On the positive side, the location was nice with a pickle ball/tennis court and pool and the dock was just a short walk from the rental. The unit was well stocked with towels and even some food/drinks in the fridge. We could have used a few more dishwashing pacs though. The rental is close to the main highway so you can hear cars from there and it’s not too loud unless there are large trucks going by. Overall a nice place.

The tenant arrived to the unit at 3:30 AM and sent me an email at that time which I was not to able to respond since we were sleeping. As soon as I got up I responded to her. We always set the Ecco thermostat at 74 degrees which allows the tenants to adjust it to their comfortable temperature. The thermostat is an ECCO thermostat which is very easy to manipulate and working as design by the manufacture. The tenant messed with the settings and could not get the thermostat back to adjust the temperature. I sent my neighbor to check that the ac was working and it was. I then texted her to let her know that another friend was going over to rectify the setting. My friend knocked several times but she was not there. She called me back at 10:00 pm and said that she had left her phone in your in the car and did not get my message. The next morning I sent the property manager which rectified the ecco thermostat to the proper temperature. As for next door I had no knowledge that they were replacing their windows, which is all they did. There isn’t any other construction going on. In my experience this has been the worst and filthiest tenants I have had in 14 years it took two cleaning ladies 6 hours to return my place back to my standard. Never have I walked in to my unit and found such filth I would never rent to this tenant again.
