Allegra and welcome to Chasa Praem 3

This 3 1/2 room flat is located on the 1st floor of an Engadine house on a picturesque village square in the old part of the village "Scuol-Sot". The local bus and ski bus stop is only a few steps away. A reserved car park is available behind the house.

The holiday flat Chasa Praem 3 is a little older, extremely simple and very simply furnished. Living room with sofa, dining table and beautiful bay window. Small kitchen with dishwasher and 3-ring hob. One double bedroom with double bed + 1 room with 2 bunk beds for 4 persons. Bath/WC/sink. Flat-TV, Nespresso coffee machine, free WLAN.

Ausgezeichnete Ferienwohnung, familiengeeignet

Eine hervorragende Ferienwohnung mit tollem und gemütlichem Ambiente in einem renovierten Engadinerhaus. Wir haben die Ausstattung als sehr reichhaltig empfunden. Lage ist wunderschön im Alt-Dorf von Scuol. Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür, Lebensmittelladen Volg im Haus, sehr praktisch!
