This 3 1/2 room apartment is located on the 1st Upper floor of a beautiful Engadine house on a picturesque village square in the old part of the village "Scuol-Sot". There is a Volg shop on the ground floor and it is only a few steps to the local & ski bus stop. Reserved parking space behind the house. No passenger lift.

Somewhat older, extremely simple and very simply furnished apartment. Living room with a new sofa, dining table and beautiful bay window. Small kitchen with dishwasher and 3-burner stove. A double bedroom with double bed + 1 room with 2 bunk beds for 4 people. Bath / toilet / sink. Flat screen TV, DVD player, Nespresso coffee machine, free WiFi.

The prices include:
