Belle appartement et bien placé

Bonjour, Notre famille de 4 personnes a passé un bon séjour. Le studio est assez grand pour une famille de deux adultes avec de jeunes enfants. Il a une belle vue sur la plage de Cabourg. Il est proche des principales activités de la ville, tout peut se faire à pied. A refaire.

Ein kleines Appartment direkt an der Strandpromenade

Eine sehr sonnige Woche mit baden, man kann einfach über die Terasse mit Badehose zum Strand gehen. Cabourg ist eine kleiner feiner ruhiger Badeort mit einer vielseitigen Einkaufsstraße und wunderbaren Restaurants.

Logement très agréable le jour. La nuit les canapés se transforment en lit et ce n’est pas forcément confortable. Mais tout le reste est bien et agréable. Et même le lit on s’y fait !

Appartement très bien situé à environ trente mètres de la plage, bien entretenu, cuisine récente bien agencée , pièce à vivre canapés lit récents, peinture récentes aussi. Propriétaire à l écoute suite à une panne frigo celui ci a été changer dans les 72h. Merci. Vraiment dans l attente de mes espérances d ailleurs j y revient fin août

Très belle vue sur mer, bien situé, permet d'aller au centre ville à pied. Problème de ménage: sol, canapés, oreillers, assez sales (cheveux, moutons de poussières...).

Appartement spacieux bien aménagé calme face à la mer. A revoir achat d une bouilloire pour le thé, changer table de jardin qui ne tient pas sur ses pieds.

Il faut améliorer l'entretien général

Vaisselle à nettoyer entièrement car très sale Oreiller douteux tachés . Nous en avons racheté. Salle de bain pas propre.

Bel emplacement pour un appartement sans charme

L'appartement n'était pas très propre, évier, lavabo, des verres, carafe...baignoire bouchée, volet roulant dont ceraines lames ne tenaient que par un point d'attache. Nous craignions de ne pas pouvoir le relever et ainsi ne pas pouvoir profiter de la vue sur mer. Décoration inexistante, cartons vides, pas de minimum de rangements pour les vêtements......dommage car l'emplacement est front de mer et donc magnifique. On a l'impression que lon n'entretient pas correctement ce bien.

Ce n'est pas un lit que nous avions. Pas de matelas, couchés sur de canapé très raide, pas pouvoir mettre des draps , une couette de lit de 80cm sur un couchage de 140, quand on dit chambre il faudrait qu'il y ai de la lumière pour se coucher, seule lumière plafonnier, interrupteur à la porte., coucher dans le noir. Cuisine, la hotte d'aspire rien, mal raccordée, fumée qui fait sonner l'alarme, table jardin, pourrie.Enfin bonnes vacances avec belle vue
