Newly renovated 2 bedroom townhouse in a fully gated beach resort with family friendly amenities! Park at your own front door with 2 FREE assigned parking spaces and walk right in to start your vacation! It's never crowded at the 11 pools spread out on the property, 5 are heated seasonally and there is a private pool ON THE BEACH just for guests of Gulf Highlands. Play on the 18 hole putt putt course anytime with putters and balls provided by us. Bring your tennis and pickleball rackets or borrow one of ours and play on one of the well lit tennis courts or newly added pickleball courts.
The Beach House by The Cajun Chicks is a full service restaurant and bar exclusive to guests of Gulf Highlands that is located right on the beach. You can enjoy your food alongside the pool or the upper deck is perfet for sunset views. They have delicious food for lunch or dinner and cold beach drinks!
The condo has tons of room for all, a large dining table, and well stocked kitchen. There is plenty of seating with a couch, loveseat & recliner. The landscaped backyard has a wooden swing for rocking and cushioned patio furniture for relaxing at the end of your day. (sure can't do that in those crowded towers) Pack light because we provide beach chairs, beach toys, sand umbrella and wagon to pull it all to the beach.
Gulf Highlands Beach Resort is close to everything PCB has to offer tucked into a quiet community you will love!

Hello and thank you for reading about us. We are a family team privately managing these beach condos. We vacationed in Panama City Beach so often it was naturally our second home and we were fortunate enough to own two side by side condos in the Gulf Highlands Beach Resort. We are excited to share our beach house with you and we just know you will fall in love with the magic of the emerald waters!
Why they chose this property
Welcome to Paradise! This has been our families beach actually since each of us were kids ourselves. Our children were all raised as PCB being our #1 vacation destination and now we are bringing our grandchildren. This is an awesome family town with so much to do you never run out of entertainment or attractions to visit. Of course you may never see the attractions because the beach is so beautiful why leave it? Well you will need to eat and again PCB has so many options you can please everyone!
What makes this property unique
Your vacation starts off great as you park at your front door in your 2 FREE assigned parking spot and walk right in. You'll love all the space you have to really enjoy your stay here. The back patio swing is super relaxing anytime of day. Also NO ELEVATOR WAITING!
