Welcome to Bucky's Beach Too, a pet-friendly 3-bedroom townhome with a small fenced back yard overlooking the canal. It's perfect for your next family or friends getaway in Panama City Beach.
You'll love the spaciousness of this gorgeous two-level townhome plus the convenience of no elevators and park-at-the-door, dedicated parking spaces. Inside, our downstairs offers a living area with comfortable seating, a smart TV, a half bath, and a well-equipped kitchen with all you need for meals and snacks including a blender, full coffee pot (traditional style), toaster, and crock pot. At the back of the townhome is a sunroom with a table and four chairs for game play, doing puzzles, or eating, plus two lazy chairs for reading and relaxing, and a murphy bed that sleeps two. Continue outside to our large bricked patio with a table and chairs. It's surrounded by a deck railing system overlooking the adjacent canal water feature.
Also downstairs at Bucky's Beach Too is the main suite with vaulted ceilings, a king bed, smart TV, large walk-in closet, gas fireplace, and ceiling fan. A sitting area offers space to read and relax, and you can step out the sliding glass doors to the patio overlooking the canal. The ensuite bathroom has a glass gas fireplace nestled between the dual vanity, private toilet, and large glass shower.
Upstairs are two additional guest bedrooms: the primary overlooks the canal and features a queen bed and a twin bed with a trundle pullout, vaulted ceilings, an easy chair, 55" smart TV, walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom with tub/shower combo. The second bedroom has a queen bed, walk-in closet, large smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with tub/shower combo.
For your added convenience, we have a laundry room with a full sized washer/dryer, free Wifi, a pack-n-play for any little ones, and beach essentials like chairs, an umbrella, boogie board, fishing poles, a fish net, and sand buckets. The back area is fenced, and we welcome two pups (max 25 lbs each).
Gulf Highlands is a gated resort community with 24/7 security and incredible amenities including 11 swimming pools (5 heated seasonally), tennis courts, pickleball courts, 18-hole putt-putt, shuffleboard, playground, and a restaurant with a pool and bathrooms is directly on the Gulf of America with no steps needed to get to the beach. Street legal golf carts are permitted with a dedicated cart-only entry/exit point near Front Beach Rd.
Primary renter must be at least 21 years old, sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, be present for the duration of the stay, and agree to provide the host a credit card on which a $300 damage deposit hold will be placed prior to arrival and then released after his/her uneventful stay. No smoking or parties allowed. Booking includes parking passes for two vehicles; extra available on request. No no trailer or boat parking is available. Pets are limited to two, max of 35 lbs each.

We are Philip and Laura from Roswell, Georgia. We have been married for 30 years and have three kids and a dog. We love the beach but still work full time so we're happy to share our Bucky's Beach villa with friends, family and guests. Our villa will be our permanent home a few short years. We trust that your stay here at Bucky's Beach Villa will bring joy and good times!
Why they chose this property
We loved the many amenities of Gulf Highlands plus the convenience of being at to park right at our front door, having a main bedroom on the ground floor, the large floor plan, and having dedicated parking spaces. Plus, the back patio area is so serene as it backs up to a canal.
