The room is very old and outdated. The furniture, appliances, and overall decor is very depressing, and the location requires updates across the board. When I checked into the room, I immediately noticed roaches on three different occasions. I notified the owner, and I was given instructions to inform the front desk. I then checked out the room and found lodging at another location less than 15 minutes away that was cleaner, newer, and significantly cheaper. I would not recommend this location for your family.

Property is very old and dated, the cabinets in the kitchen some doors could not even open because of the way they were installed. Carpet looked original and dirty. Overall Condo was just in need a full update. Exterior of property looked acceptable.

An upgrade is needed!

This property was reasonably close to Sea World. The 2 beroom, 2 bathroom apartment was spacious enough, but was sorely in need of a makeover/ upgrade. Old furniture, fixtures, and beds seemed to be from the 90s. In addition. my girlfriend was not happy with the light streaming into the bedroom which kept her up most of the night. Fix these issues and this property will be just fine, for the staff was very helpful.
