Como las fotos

La casa es como las fotos por lo que no hay sorpresa al llegar y esta bastante bien. Los problemas que tienen son ajenas a ello, es decir, la habitación principal tiene una puerta semiopaca por lo que por la mañana entra todo el sol y el calor. Hace un calor llamativo por las mañanas ya que no hay ventilador ni aire recomiendo que pongan alguno. Y las paredes parecen de papel, hay un vecino que a las 7am se pone a chillar descomunalmebte todos los días, por lo que te despierta.

quelle belle vue sur la mer!

très bel appartement avec une terrasse offrant une vue magnifique sur la calanque et la forêt de pins parasols. .Appartement lumineux grâce aux murs blancs et à la surface vitrée sur la totalité des murs est et nord. Un regret, l' isolation phonique avec l'appartement du dessus est très insuffisante !

un appartement lumineux, une vue exceptionnellee

Très bel appartement aux murs blancs avec une déco discrète..et d 'immences baies vitrées côté nord et est . La vue panoramique sur la forêt de pins parasols et sur sur la mer est magnifique Très agréable terrasse bien orientée . Le seul reproche est une isolation phonique insuffisante avec l'appartement du dessus.! Autre point positif: l'accès est de plein pied avec le parking de la voiture. .

Agréable vacances en famille

Appartement fonctionnel et moderne. Très propre et spacieux. Bonne literie. Une vue magnifique. Pas de difficulté pour stationner notre véhicule. Une crique idéale pour les petits et grands. Accès à pied par des marches (ou en voiture). Appartement à conseiller pour un séjour en famille. Cependant, dans la description, il est noté "Environnement très sensible au bruit. Silence". Or, nous avons été confrontés à des bruits fréquents du locataire ou propriétaire du dessus (de bonne heure le matin et tard le soir) : voix forte, déplacement du mobilier sans prendre la précaution de le soulever... A signaler aussi que la poignée de la porte d'entrée de la résidence est défectueuse. Manque pour rendre l'appartement plus frais (absence de climatisation) un rideau ou volet sur la grande baie vitrée. Accueil chaleureux du détenteur des clés. Se tient à notre disposition. Très sympathique.
