Another fine stay at my favorite house in buffalo! Scored tickets last minute to game 7 of the Sabres and knew exactly where I would stay. Though the Sabres lost, I won, because I knew I was going back to a cozy house in elmwood.

This is a spacious, clean property in a great location. No problems with finding street parking right in front of the house. I wasn’t able to give this more stars though because of the furniture. The couch has visible stains and is so worn it is hard to get out of. The king bed has a large dip in the center of the mattress which makes sleep challenging and uncomfortable. I would not stay here again because of these issues.

Thank you for bringing up those issues. The mattress has been replaced. The couch did have a support that was cracked and that has been repaired and a new couch is in the works.

Host was very responsive.Location was clean and well kept.Parking on-street was a bit of a problem but I understand this is pretty much the norm for Buffalo.Kitchen had a lovely Keurig machine and spacious refrigerator with water filter pitcher.House is older so not a lot of outlets for electronics.You can hear people walking around upstairs sometimes but not excessive.Lots of fans for cooling.Electronic door lock made for easy access.Bathroom shower had quick hot water output and good water flow.
