Cozy 2-room apartment "Seebüll" with about 45 sqm on 1 level (ground floor) for up to 4 people. Quiet location on a grove in the district of Bad in St. Peter-Ording. The village street and the spa are about 15 minutes walk, a bus stop is nearby. In the garden are children's play equipment. This domicile is ideal for a family holiday on the North Sea.

Living room with sofa for 2 persons, 2 armchairs, TV (cable), dining table with 4 chairs and 2 single beds (each 90x200cm) in the northern rustic alcove style. Storeroom with household appliances. Direct access to the furnished garden terrace to the southwest. Open kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge freezer.

Bedroom with 2 single beds (each 90x200cm) and fitted wardrobe.

Bathroom (shower room) with shower, toilet, washing machine and daylight. Underfloor heating for extra comfort.

Hallway with wardrobe and mirror in the entrance area.

Parking space in front of the house, bicycle storage in the basement of the house. Free Wi-Fi.

Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt. Wir haben es sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet und die Küche ist top ausgestattet. Für uns war alles perfekt.

Neben der Ferienwohnung direkt eine Baustelle, an der tag und Nacht ein Baukompressor /pumpe? lief. Einrichtung recht gemütlich und ordentlich, jedoch nur ein kleiner Kleiderschrank für Kinder. Im anderen Schlafraum/Wohnraum überhaupt keine Möglichkeit die Kleidungsstücke auszupacken. Wunderschöner Garten im EG mit Schaukel für Kinder und Stellplatz für Pkw. Sonst sehr ruhiger Platz. Einrichtung in die Jahre gekommen, aber gepflegt. Wir kommen gerne wieder, sofern die Baustelle dann nebenan beseitigt bzw fertig sein sollte.

Gemütlich

Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Lage ist super. Ruhig und trotzdem ist man schnell in der Ortsmitte oder am Strand. Es gibt genug Abstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder, Bollerwagen usw. Für Familien mit Kindern sehr zu empfehlen
