Exclusive holiday home half, typical of that country under thatch, with 4 rooms and approx. 90 square meters on 3 levels (ground floor, upper floor, DG) for up to 6 persons. In a quiet location in the district Böhl in St. Peter-Ording. With beautiful garden to the south and cozy fireplace. A wonderfully beautiful domicile for your holiday on the North Sea coast.

Living room with corner sofa (2-3 persons), 2 armchairs, stove, large TV, radio with CD player and dining table with 6 chairs. Direct access to the furnished garden terrace with beach chair to the southwest. Open kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge freezer.

1. Bedroom with double bed (2x 90x200cm), wardrobe, chair and TV.
 Second Bedroom with 2 single beds (each 90x200cm), wardrobe, 2 chairs and stereo compact system.
 Third Bedroom (gallery, half open to the stairwell) with franz. Double bed (140x200cm), reclining chair, wardrobe and TV.

Bathroom (shower room) with shower (low entrance: only 15 cm), toilet, towel warmer, washing machine, dryer, hairdryer and natural light.

Hall with wardrobe, chest of drawers, mirror and guest bathroom with natural light. Boiler room. Storeroom under the stairs.

Parking space available. Free Wi-Fi.

The bed linen is provided. Towels can be booked. Smoking and pets are not allowed.

NOTE: this domicile will be available from the 5th. Person charged a rental surcharge of 10 euros per night for each additional person.

Sehr gute Lage.

Außerhalb des Trubels gelegen. Sehr ruhige Gegend. Ausstattung ok. Für 3 Pärchen 1 Bad zu wenig. Zimmer klein aber trotzdem geräumig. Wohnbereich einschl. Küche top. Draußen keine Chance wegen der Mücken.
