Studios-Kyparissi (German: cypress) offers you a perfect one

"Individual vacation". Located in a quiet area on the mountainside above Tiros, on the edge of the small, traditional village of Sapounakaiika, in the heart of Arcadia (Peleponnes, Greece).

With its exclusive aesthetics, it is a unique ensemble for the area, built from natural stone, wood and exposed concrete.

The complex consists of five studios, each of which covers all the necessary needs, including a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, in a modern ambience.

It was founded in 2001 and is a small company with a personal, family character.

The apartments face the sea and offer a wonderful view, access to the garden, which is rich in herbs, flowers, olive, lemon and orange trees.

The combination of sea and mountains and the possibility of cultural activities is ideal.

In the beach town of Tiros, just a 2-minute drive away, many different taverns, cafés and bars provide good, traditional Greek food and entertainment.

The coast offers a choice of sandy and pebble beaches, with the clearest water.

Hikes can be started on site, even with organized tours.

The neighboring town of Leonidio (18km) is currently one of the best climbing spots in Europe.

Cultural sites such as the Venetian harbor town of Nafplio, the ancient Mycenae, the theater of Epidaurus or the Byzantine churches of Mistras can be reached as a day trip.

How to reach us:

By plane at Athens or Kalamata airports.

By car ferry from Venice, Trieste or Ancona to Patras.

Arrived in Greece is approximately three hours away either by car or taxi, bus and train connections are also available. Just contact us regarding your travel needs.

We organize a special arrangement with a local taxi company or a shuttle service from the train station in Corinth.

Komfortables Kleinod in Meeresnähe

Bei den Studios Kyparissi handelt es sich um eine kleine, sehr gepflegte Oase inmitten eines winzigen Ortes etwas oberhalb des kleinen Küstenstädtchens Tyros. Die Anlage ist wunderschön, der Garten üppig und der Blick aus Meer fantastisch. Angelikki und Nikos sind sehr zuvorkommende, liebenswerte Hosts, die einem viele Tipps geben und fast immer erreichbar sind, falls man etwas braucht. Es ist alles da was man so in Küche, Bad und Wohnraum braucht. Die selbstgemachten Bio-Produkte ermöglichen einem ein leckeres Frühstück, welches auf dem schönen Balkon mit Meeresblick genossen werden kann. Alles ist sauber und sehr gepflegt. Beim Spa, Yoga und Aufenthalt in der Aussenanlage kann man sehr gut enspannen. Es ist ruhig und idyllisch. Tagesausflüge an den Strand, oder z.B. nach Mykene und Bergkloster Elinas sind unkompliziert möglich und gut erreichbar. Gute Restaurants in der näheren Umgebung sind vorhanden. Es war nahezu perfekt!

Super Lage und Gestaltung der Anlage sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter

Tiros ist ein beschaulicher Urlaubsort,wo die Griechen noch selbst Urlaub machen. Viele kleine Restaurants Bars und Cafés am Strand, der gleichzeitig das Zentrum ist. Nichts ist zu viel, alles sehr erholsam. Selbst im Juli sind die Menschen sehr freundlich, keine Spur von Stress. Die Strände sind überwiegen Kiesstrände , das Wasser ist sauber, oft gibt es kleine beachbars , die Liegestühle zur Verfügung stellen.
