Our villa is the perfect setting for various private events, including bachelor/bachelorette parties, weddings, birthday celebrations, family getaways, and more.

The Villa Layout:

Main House: The main house features a spacious living area with a 50” Smart TV, a well-equipped kitchen, and comfortable seating. Stay connected with WIFI and stay cool with air conditioning.

Master Villa #1: The master villa boasts a king-size bedroom with a private bathroom, a jacuzzi bathtub, a 42” Smart TV, closet space, and a private balcony.

Villa #2, #3, Outdoor Villas #4, #5, #6 and #7: These villas feature king-size bedrooms with private bathrooms, Smart TVs, closet space, and private patios.

Villa #8 and #9: These villas offer spacious accommodations with queen and king-size bedrooms, private bathrooms, Smart TVs, and private balconies.

Villa Twelve27 provides an experienced chef for your culinary needs during your stay for an additional fee per day. Our goal is to offer you the best dining experience. However, if you choose not to use our in-house chef and decide to bring in an outside chef, please be aware that there will be an additional daily fee of $25 for this service.

We want to clarify that any damages caused by your chef, beyond normal wear and tear, will be deducted from your damage deposit.
