Water taxi will take you to Las Olas and many other Fort Lauderdale spots. Guests check-in at the front desk. Condo is cleaned by Hilton maids using Hilton new cleaning process.

Property should be delisted from VRBO

I arrived after the scheduled check-in time on the 1st day of the confirmed reservation. The Property Contact never forwarded my reservation to the Property Management. Attempts to contact the Property Contact listed (via phone call and text) went unanswered. VRBO attempted to contact the Property Contact with no success. I had to find another place to stay for this trip, as VRBO nor the Property Management were able to confirm my reservation even though I had the property ID and confirmation number. I am now having to persist on a refund for this reservation. The property should be delisted from VRBO immediately.

We booked this property in good faith and had one of the worst travel experiences we’ve ever dealt with.After confirming our reservation, the host completely stopped responding to messages. No check-in instructions. No access details. Nothing. We showed up at the property and could not access the unit at all.We were left standing there with no way to get inside and no communication from the host. We had to contact Vrbo directly to resolve the situation and request a refund.This caused unnecessary stress and completely disrupted our trip.If you value reliable communication and actually being able to access the place you pay for, STAY AWAY. DO NOT BOOK.
