Holiday house 30m from the beach with sea view for max. 12 pers.
A holiday home is offered with 2 separate apartments over 2 floors and 2 separate entrances.
Two kitchens and all windows are new, otherwise simple equipment, but cheap and only about 30 meters to the fine pebble beach.
Each apartment: approx. 50 square meters, 2 bedrooms, 1 living room with open kitchen, 1 bathroom with shower.
The kitchens are fully equipped with: refrigerator, oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, dishes and cutlery. The apartment on the 1st Air-conditioned floor.
The house is on a fenced property, in a very quiet street, where 2 parking spaces and green lawn are available.
In addition to the rental price:
- The "spa fees" of approx. 1 € per adult / night are still to be paid to the community on site,
- The operating costs for water are € 5 / sqm and electricity € 0.30 / kWh
- House cleaning or similar is possible for 7 € / hour.
We will clarify all details before your arrival if you have booked the house and we get the contact details from each other.
