We’re also happy we were able to promptly resolve the water pressure issue. We did want to clarify the communication regarding the kayak codes. The app messaging timestamps show that we responded with the kayak codes within two minutes of receiving your completed waivers and request. We also followed up by phone to make sure you received them and had already provided our personal line previously in case anything came up during your stay.
