Allergikerfreundliches domicile without carpets. Living room with large (sleeping) corner sofa (120x220cm), TV (cable), stereo and dining table with 3 chairs. Direct access to the furnished, sheltered terrace to the southwest with beach chair. Open kitchen with fridge freezer and microwave with grill function. No oven, no dishwasher. Bedroom with double bed (2x 80x200cm), wardrobe and chair. Bathroom (shower room) with shower with low entrance (about 5cm), fan heater and hair dryer. Hallway with wardrobe and mirror in the entrance area. Storage niche with vacuum cleaner available. Parking space in front of the house. Covered bike racks behind the house. Free Wi-Fi. The bed linen is provided. Towels can be booked. Smoking and pets are not allowed. Last renovation: 2018.
