Cozy 3-room apartment "Hever" with about 45 sqm on 2 levels (EC and Raised ground floor, upper floor) for up to 2 persons. Beach and central location in the district Bad in Sankt Peter-Ording. For relaxed moments at home, this apartment has a south-facing balcony.

Living room sofa (2s), 2 armchairs, TV and dining table with 4 chairs. Direct access to the furnished balcony to the south. Open kitchen with oven and fridge freezer. No microwave, no dishwasher.

1. Bedroom with 2 single beds (each 90x200cm), wardrobe, chair, small TV and shelf with board games.
 Second Bedroom with 2 single beds (each 90x200cm).

Bathroom (shower room) with shower, toilet, towel warmer and hair dryer.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und sauber. Zentral gelegen, Parkplatz, Fahrradunterstellplatz vorhanden . Mir hat die Kuscheldecke gefällt am Sofa . Einkaufen, Bushaltestelle alles kurze Wege. Strand ist gut zu erreichen. Werde wieder kommen und weiter empfehlen.

Wir kommen wieder

Preis-Leistung ist super. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, so dass wir uns sofort sicher und wohl gefühlt haben. Die Küche ist extrem gut ausgestattet, so viele ordentliche Küchenutensilien hatten wir noch in keiner Ferienwohnung. Es wäre gut, wenn ganz explizit darauf hingewiesen wird, dass diese Wohnung im Erdgeschoss liegt und rechts und links noch Nachbarwohnungen sind. Durch die Balkone darüber, ist die Wohnung leider auch im Sommer sehr dunkel. Trotz Südlage ist der Balkon daher auch nicht der hellste und wärmste. Das zweite Schlafzimmer (welches wir nicht nutzten) liegt im Souterrain und ist noch dunkler. Dies sind aber die einzigen negativen Anmerkungen. Insgesamt haben wir unseren Aufenthalt dort sehr genießen können.

Wir waren mehr oder weniger Kurzentschlossene mit unserer Urlaubsplanung.Nach längerem Stöbern im Netz die Wohnung gefunden und gebucht. Einfache Übergabe der Schlüssel, super gelegen,sehr sauber ,gut eingerichtet .Es sind zwar 4 Schlafplätze vorhanden,würde aber angesicht des Bades nur 2 Personen empfehlen. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, kurzer Weg zur Promenade,zum Bäcker usw.
