All the appliances work fine and the provided cooking utensils are nice. But the entire house smells of mold. A very strong odor of mold. The beds should be a little more comfortable it kind of felt like wright county jail slabs. I personally think the price is too expensive for what you are receiving. The bathrooms smelled dank and wet, you could tell the pipes must be backed up or filled with mold. Seems too overpriced for just a 2 bedroom 2 bath in a little town on a river. Just saying.

Very nice cottage! Perfect location! Very quiet neighborhood. The cottage is very clean and well kept! Stocked with everything you could need. Worked great for our family to have a fun weekend of kayaking and memory making. So thankful for hosts like this that let us bring our little dogs with us. We all had a good time!

Clean rooms, kitchen and bathrooms. Pet friendly with good amount of space available for vehicles and trailers. Quiet street with few distractions. We will stay here again.

Cold AC. Clean place. Good yard. Located close to the river. Plenty of parking. Minor issues….WiFi was very unreliable. Weird decorations in the master bedroom. No TV’s in the bedrooms or shampoo/soap in the showers. Leftover laundry in the dryer. Nothing majorly wrong just a few things that could possibly be improved.

This house was the perfect place for our family of 5 to stay. It was very clean, cozy, and the perfect size. It was close to a gas station, store and food for convenience. I would absolutely recommend staying in this home.
