The entrance leads over an internal stair directly in the vestibule. The rooms are divided as follows: Bedroom 20 sqm and with 2 single beds and TV. You have access to the loggia. Bedroom 30 sqm and with 3 single beds. You have access to the 12 sqm, covered terrace with garden furniture, 1 table and 4 chairs. Kitchen 10 sqm and with dinette, gas stove, oven, refrigerator (150 l, freezer), microwave, coffee machine and electric water boiler. The dinette offers space for 5 persons. You have access to the loggia. Bathroom 10 sqm and with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access. TV or radio channel can be received per cable. Sender in German and English language.

Keszthely. The holiday home is situated on a 400 sq m enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers and shrubs, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. BALKES007 (4+2P) and BALKES091 (2P) are located in the same house. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.
