Had a great stay at The Den it was very clean and nicely kept and had everything we needed.We had great communication throughout our stay from the hosts and check in and check out was very smooth. It’s in the perfect location for visiting all theme park attractions which are all within a 25 minute reach.Restaurants & shops are only 5-10 minutes away.Would highly recommend staying at The Den and would definitely return.

Very peaceful and thoroughly enjoyable stay at the den. Photos are good, but the house is even nicer in reality. Tasteful decor throughout and everything you need is there. A lot of care and thought put into everything. Communication easy and prompt. No issues at all. Great location. Loved the Company too of the ‘local’ wildlife! Wish we could have stayed longer. Will definitely book again.

Great location, short drive to Disney. All appliances worked great. Air conditioner would only go to 70 so got hot at night in guest room. Guest room queen mattress was awful, too hard or worn out, went to Walmart and bought a mattress topper that only helped a little bit. House slept 6 people, we had 6 people but not enough towels and wash rash, so we had to wash them everyday. The first night was terrible as the covers were so dusty, maybe it had not been rented in a while, we had to wash all sheets and covers on all beds but the washer and dryer worked great. The kids loved the pool. That was great and also the ping pong table and air hockey. Kitchen was stocked pretty good. All in all we had a great time and felt safe in the neighborhood. Would stay here again if they replace the mattress and make sure all bedding is freshly washed.

Wesley - We are surprised to see these complaints in this review as you didn't reach out to us a single time during your stay despite asking for our direct contact numbers and emails before your check in. We even worked hard to make sure you could check in early at 1pm since you were driving down. I'll address your issues below. - The AC fan can be set to ON, which will keep the blower on the entire time to move air around, but even at 70F the AC will run nonstop as it was close to 100F the week you stayed. - The guest room mattress was replaced with a hybrid foam/coil mattress in 2023, the kids room in 2024, and the master bedroom mattress in 2025. You are the first person to say it's worn out/uncomfortable as it's 3 years old. - Again, if you reached out we would have explained to you where we keep all the spare linens if the provided linens weren't enough. We put out 6 pool towels, 6 bath towels, and 6 wash clothes normally. - Not sure how it was dusty as the home was rented just a day prior but other guests and cleaned by our wonderful crew. We are glad you had enjoyed the area and house otherwise but wish you reached out to us so we could address your issues immediately. We do our best to make everyone happy.

We had a wonderful stay at the Den! We loved having our own pool and the kids loved the games in the garage too. The home was very comfortable and well stocked with necessities. The hosts were very responsive as well. We will definitely stay here again!

Everything was perfect. This is a beautiful property, excellent for a quiet relaxing vacation. The pool was fantastic! The host was responsive. The kitchen was well stocked…maybe salt and pepper shakers could be added. The place was spotless!

This house was super clean, great set up for a family, and a really quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. The owners thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable. Quick drive to Disney and universal studios. Restaurants and grocery close by. Pool was excellent for the kids swimming and the wildlife in the lake was so cool to have around and watch while hanging by the pool. I would stay here again for sure!

Great place for families visiting the area. Easy to drive to all the parks. Plenty of food and shopping very close by. Quiet neighborhood. House is well stocked with activities for the kids, pool, board games, Ping pong and air hockey, tvs in all rooms. Highly recommend.

Peace away from the hustle and bustle

Great location. Close to all the attractions, but nestled in a cozy neighborhood. Wildlife and pond make the setting wonderful. And the amenities were awesome.

We enjoyed our stay here while visiting the Disney parks. The house was very clean. Communication with the owners was top notch. We had no issues during our stay. Note for future travelers: the kitchen is bare of all food (no spices, oil, etc.), and the initial supply of items such as dish detergent, laundry detergent, paper supplies, etc. is enough for only a couple days. Plan to bring your own or purchase nearby.
