Welcome to Southside Story!

-Located in Southside Chattanooga; an easy walk or bike ride to everything downtown
-4 cruiser bikes for your use during your stay

The main floor is home to an open dining room, living room, and kitchen. Inside the kitchen, you'll find all the silverware, pots, pans and plates you need to pretend like you’re going to cook yourself dinner from scratch! We’d recommend dining at the amazing neighborhood restaurants. The living room is furnished with a nice flat-screen tv where you'll be able to binge-watch all your favorites with your streaming subscriptions. Or better yet, balcony one is just off the main living space and we promise you’ll be fighting over the chairs out there (maybe not, but they are worth fighting for).

On the upper floor you’ll find two bedrooms and the laundry (we don’t like doing laundry on vacation either, but it’s here if you need it). Bedroom 1 features a king-size bed. Bedroom two features a queen-size bed, a workspace (just in case this is a work vacation), and a private balcony--you may not want to share it with the other house guests, but we’ll leave that up to you. Both bedrooms have flat-screen TVs and ensuite bathrooms.

We've partnered with L2 Outside to provide you with the rental of 2 watercraft. They offer the use of stand-up paddle boards, kayaks, and tandem kayaks. Rentals are for 1-2 hours down the Tennessee River. Rentals are weather and water conditions permitting.

Comfy and clean

Loved this property. Cleanest property I have stayed in. We enjoyed the records. Loved the guest mode tv set up. Walking in the neighborhood was great. Will stay here again in the future and take advantage of the bikes.

Great townhouse!

Located in the heart of Chattanooga, this townhouse offers the perfect blend of convenience and comfort. Situated within minutes to downtown attractions, restaurants, and shops, it provides easy access to everything the city has to offer. The private driveway was an added bonus!

We stayed three nights in Chattanooga at the wonderful VRBO. Heading on to Asheville and then on to Lexington Kentucky. This was an amazing start to our vacation.

Perfect, comfortable stay!

Its a great location, very comfortable accommodations and comfy beds! the fact that both bedrooms have an ensuite is awesome and the half bath was a nice addition! We used the bikes and rode most everywhere! I have no complaints!

Beautiful Condo

Wonderful property. All updated & very comfortable. Kitchen is stocked with almost everything you would ever need. We enjoyed our stay even for just 1 rainy night.

We fell in love with Chattanooga during a weekend visit in 2005. Our dream became to make this place our home and in 2014 that dream became a realty. We love this city and the surrounding area. We love all things outdoors, especially hiking and mountain biking, so let us know if you have any trail questions!

It's close to everything downtown Chattanooga has to offer! You can walk to so many great restaurants and bars. It's also centrally located to all of the Chattanooga tourists attractions.

Only 1.5 miles to the Tennessee Aquarium. An easy bike ride too!
