Old neighborhood with friendly residents. Most probably some uncle or aunt will say hi. You will also hear roosters, an occasional neighborhood dog, and a goat or two. Several kitty cats, fed by neighbors but free-spirited and independent, visit the premises often too. Our cottage backs to a large pistachio orchard and a small ranch. The valley views and the mountain are spectacular.
Our beloved place, built in 1972, and renovated in 2022, is also our occasional vacation home, so you will find a few personal items around, some tools,, antiques, and family memorabilia. Please keep everything in the cottage as you found them, we will appreciate it a great deal.
Our cottage is equipped with all the amenities you may need: reliable Wi-Fi, smart TV, four security cameras with 24-hr monitoring all outside areas for safety and peace of mind, coffee makers, toaster, microwave oven, blender, freezer, washer/dryer, hair-dryer, universal plugs, USB ports throughout the house, bed linen, towels, organic soap/shampoo/detergent/house cleaners, hot water, air-conditioners, heaters, fans.
Walking distance to churches, chapels, gas stations, hardware stores, and bus stations. Half a mile to the beach, one mile to downtown and port.
