Déçue
Port Maria en travaux vue grue, carrefour bruyant, passage voitures, camion, toute la journée à partir de 6h bruyant le soir et la nuit (jeunes ivres, pétards). Ménage limite, douche qui s'écoule mal, aspirateur hors du temps, odeur nauséabonde à l'utilisation. Trop chaud on peux pas ouvrir la fenêtre à cause du bruit. Chambre sans fenêtre, frigo qui a degelé sans cesse pendant 3 jours.......

Très belle vue sur la mer et le port Proche des plages, côte sauvage et commerces Bien situé et place de parking Dommage de n’avoir pas été prévenu des travaux dans la résidence et dans la rue .

Location vacances quiberon
Bonne location, petit bémol chaises en bois, très inconfortables et vieillottes. Place de parking trop étroite. Résidence bien entretenue, propre. Bonne situation géographique.

Vue sur embarcadère
Appartement assez spacieux, situé en centre ville avec vue sur l'embarcadère pour Belle-Ile mais au pied d'un rond-point très utilisé (de jour), rendant l'utilisation du balcon impossible. Dommage ! Place de parking très utile mais penser à prendre un chausse-pied pour se garer même avec une voiture aux dimensions "standard"

L'appartement est correct et bien équipé. De plus il est très bien situé, jolie vue commerces à proximité. Seul petit bémol :la télévision et la connexion wifi sont un peu capricieuses.
