Welcome to this family-friendly PARADISE RETREAT! This spacious 1-story home features a private outdoor entertainment area overlooking the heated pool, spa, and putting green. Relax to the sounds of the waterfall while enjoying the beautiful weather Arizona has to offer!
The space
This recently remodeled home offers plenty of space at nearly 2,500 square feet, which includes an oversized Primary-Suite with a King Pillow-top mattress(hotel grade), a huge bathroom, and soaking tub overlooking a mature orange tree.

Three additional bedrooms, which include a junior suite, Queen Pillow-Top Mattress(hotel grade) with its own designated full bathroom. 11 foot ceilings boast an open floor plan with a large family room(65" TV) overlooking the outdoor covered patio space and pool. Step into the spacious kitchen, which features a complimentary coffee & tea bar.

Head out to the secluded backyard, take a dip in the pool, or relax in the jetted spa after catching some sun. Stroll on over to the orange tree to indulge in a freshly picked orange or perfect your putting skills on the putting green. Grab a Tomahawk steak from the local butcher and fire up the grill.

Enjoy your evenings with the lit up pool and patio space while star gazing into the open desert sky. You'll never want your vacation to end after experiencing this beautiful home.

Backyard:
of shade and seating in the backyard with umbrellas for use in the day and night with lights. Garage will have life jackets, floaties, & pool toys. Corn hole (all-weather) is available for those who want to play.

Pool:
You must let the host know you want this feature at least 72 hours prior to your arrival. It takes approximately 24-36 hours hours to heat the pool. The pool will be set to 87° and the spa will be set to 100°. Contact host for more details.

What a fantastic property! Home is in great condition, has an ideal layout, the pool/backyard are wonderful. We loved that it had everything you needed in the kitchen and the drawers were labeled. The owners were great and easy to work with. I would highly recommend this home to anyone staying in the area.

The property was nicely updated and well stocked with the essentials. Communication with Mike was great and helpful. We were there for Spring Training and it was well located to allow for easy access to several ballparks with little freeway driving involved. There were numerous dinning and grocery store options nearby. We all enjoyed our stay there and pool and hot tub time were nice after a game.

Fantastic Oasis Close to Everything!

From booking online to walking out the door at checkout, a complete 5+star experience. Owners were communicative, helpful and extremely responsive to any questions or inquiries we communicated. Amazing home with everything you need to enjoy your time in the Goodyear area! We flew to town with family for our nephews graduation from PT school and honestly could not have had a more seamless and “easy breezy” experience than we had with Mike and Mindy. Well appointed, comfortable home with great natural light. It is stocked with everything you can possibly need for both inside and outside entertaining. Aside from the incredible hot tub and pool, we enjoyed the large and roomy patio, putting green and yard games provided. It was beautifully decorated and comfortable- the perfect place to connect with family and friends. And we picked a few oranges! I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Just bring your suntan lotion, positive attitude and leave your shoes at the door!💃

Had some issues but a nice property and location host was aggressive and embellished issues

We had some dirty floors on arrival with sand and actually had to vacuum ourselves. I caught Covid and didn’t make the trip for this baseball event but a mother of three in her 50s did. The boys left some water bottles around the house and took a cheap dorm room style clock off the wall by the bunk beds so as to remove the battery as it made loud ticking sounds and forgot to hang it back on the wall when they left. We did offer to pay for some basic towels that were extra dirty due to baseball kids showering off a hard day at the field but owner tried to charge us an additional large cleaning fee on top of the cleaning fee we paid for rental that we already paid. VRBO agents agreed after seeing photos we didn’t owe the money. We were locked out by the electronic door lock most days until the owner shared a hide a key location. Hot tub was advertised but then at arrival there was something wrong and we needed to let them know if we wanted to use it. He did allow us a late check out and that was appreciated but 4 months after our stay and disagreement about his outrageous ask for cleaning fees I get notice that he’s left a review for me I can’t see till I leave a review. I have no idea what he’s said about me as a visitor and only am sharing the facts here which I can back up with text and pictures as well as e mails to VRBO about these issues. We have a fantastic history with owners and never had any complaints on our many rentals around the country. Sad to see an owner wait four months to review our stay after having disagreements on a fair additional fee to cover the dirty towels and a few water bottles

Our names are Mousa (Mike), Mindy, Bella, and Jameel. We reside in the Seattle, WA area, where we own several rental properties. As a family of four, we love spending time together and traveling. Some of our favorite destinations include California and Hawaii, but our heart belongs in Arizona!
