Screened in Florida room - Outdoor Grilling area . Short Walk to Palma Sola bay or drive 5 miles to Anna Maria Island BEACHES! Ride horses on the causeway! This is the PERFECT location to enjoy your Florida getaway. Near jet ski rentals and Lots of shops and restaurants a very short drive away. Unfortunately no parties or events allowed. We are in a small community of homes and respect our wonderful neighbors and intend to keep our home in top shape for our guests. No smoking and No pets. We are sorry but Absolutely No partiers will be tolerated. We have a beautiful home for your stay. It it spotless and clean and we ensure you are happy with accommodations. Fully stocked kitchen. A short drive to beautiful Anna Marie Island beaches. A very Cozy home for your enjoyment.

Great for small geoups

We came to Florida with 2 other families and 6 soccer players. The house was perfect for our group and ideal for food, beaches and IMG fields. The renters were very responsive and awesome to work with Would definitely stay here again.

House was beautiful with lots of space for family of 9 adults. Close to everything. Owners Greg and Wendy were very responsive and if we had any questions responded immediately!! I would highly recommend this home for a great family vacation!!! We made lots of fun memories!!!!!

A Perfect Family Get-together

The house and the property are fantastic. Anything we thought we might need (even a few things we hadn’t thought of) were onsite. There are several separate areas that created good space for everyone to take a break from the group or have a smaller conversation. Wendy was absolutely fantastic and reached out several times to make sure everything was going well. If you have an opportunity to stay here, don't hesitate.

The owner provided every possible thing you might want in a rental property from pots and pans to beach chairs and pool toys. He was also responsive to every question we asked over the course of the week. The house was conveniently located and large enough to accommodate 6 adults and five children.

Palma Sola Park is the best spot in Florida! Old Florida at its best. Soaring trees and spacious yards. We are just 4 miles from Anna Maria Island! Also just a short walk to Palma Sola bay to watch sunset and the causeway with water access.

What makes this property unique

This is a very spacious one level house with an amazing yard and privacy! Backyard is truly a tropical oasis!
