Morning coffee and dolphins playing in the water and those are the kinds of vacation moments you never forget, Denise. We're so glad you enjoyed your stay at Security Codes by AMI Locals. Spending time on the upper deck with a beautiful beach view and a front-row seat to nature's show is a pretty special way to start the day. Thank you for sharing your experience. We hope the memories of those peaceful mornings and dolphin sightings stay with you until your next visit to AMI!

The house is absolutely amazing and the view was stunning! Location perfect! The only thing we would have preferred is an earlier check in, since we lost most of our first day, and a later check out.

This was a beautiful house and location! The house was very clean and decorated nicely. We had plenty of space and having a bathroom connected to every bedroom was really nice. The kids had a lot of fun with the basketball court and ping pong table. The pool was nice in the afternoon when the sun on the beach was a little too much for some of our group. The elevator was great for our older parents. It works well, I will just say read the directions on it and then you'll have no problems! We had to call about it once, but I'll admit it was user error. All in all this was a wonderful house on an exceptionally pretty beach in a town with lots of fun activities.

Oceanfront Paradise by AMI Locals sounds like it gave your whole group plenty of ways to enjoy the island together, Erin! From the kids competing over ping pong and basketball to relaxing by the pool in the afternoon, it sounds like everyone found their favorite spot. We’re also glad the elevator made things easier for your older parents and we appreciate the helpful note about following the directions. It’s wonderful to know you enjoyed both the home and the beautiful beach nearby. We’d love to welcome you back!

We loved our time at Bradenton Beach. The elevator was a little tricky and we found ourselves having to take the stairs (and it's a LOT of stairs!!!) more often than was really wanted, but otherwise the house was perfect for our trip! This was our first time visiting Bradenton Beach/Anna Maria Island and it is an absolutely adorable place to visit!

We had a wonderful stay overall. The beachfront location is unbeatable, with spectacular sunset views each evening. The property is conveniently located near a trolley stop, which made it easy for us to explore the surrounding area without needing a car. Our kids especially loved the basketball court and the pool—both were great amenities that we used daily. We did experience some maintenance issues with the AC and water during the first few days, which was a bit disruptive at the start of our vacation. However, the property management team was responsive and made a clear effort to resolve the problems as quickly as possible.Despite the early hiccups, we really enjoyed our stay and appreciated the location and amenities.

Thank you for staying at Oceanfront Paradise by AMI Locals, Jessica. We’re so glad you had a wonderful stay overall from those sunset views and beachfront location really are something special. Love that the kids enjoyed the pool and basketball court too, and that the trolley made exploring easy. We’re sorry again for the AC and water issues at the start of your trip. Sometimes things can come up unexpectedly, but we’re glad our team was able to respond quickly and work toward getting everything back on track. We truly appreciate your understanding and are so happy you were still able to enjoy your time on the island. We’d love to welcome you back for an even smoother, stress-free stay next time!

1st big family vaycay

We had a big house on the beach with tubes, towels, air conditioning, and close to everything we needed to be close to. The ocean was wonderful and right at our doorstep. Very nice place with lots of games and pool and not so hot hot tub. It was 90 degrees outside!

Memories created on the beach

This house was just right for our families...plenty for the children to enjoy and right on the beautiful beach. There were several items missing in the kitchen which would have helped for cooking and cleaning up. The elevator was exceptional for a grandpa confined to a wheelchair. The bathrooms were plenty with towels and linens very clean and exceptional.

Very Nice

We had a great time, this property is great, the gorgeous beach is steps away. The only observation is that we encountered issues with the elevator, the maintenance people came the day after and fixed it but it worked for a couple of rides and then stopped working again. But overall it was a great choice.

Needs love

Huge home but unfortunately, it is between a rundown motel and a parking lot. The house had termites, and we had to call an exterminator, the shower doors were falling off, the blinds are broke, and everything was extremely dirty, with just a small amount of effort it could be a great place, the pool was nice as was the location on the beach.

Family reunion

The place was literally steps from the beach. We now don’t want to stay anywhere that is not beachfront. The decor was beautiful. The views of the beach and sunsets from the kitchen, balconies , and living room were spectacular. The kitchen area was a great gathering place for meals. We had fun playing ping pong. The beach chairs were plentiful. The inner tube floats seemed brand new. The bath towels were white, thick, and fluffy. There were plenty of clean, new looking beach towels. There were plenty of dishes, glasses, pots, and pans.

For the price

The home obviously had alot of amenities other places can’t offer. Like oceanfront, it’s large, has bball and elevators. But for the price we felt the inside was average. The space accommodated a lot of sleeping spots but when it was time to all sit down to eat or watch a movie together there was no comfortable places for everyone. No hot water at kitchen sink, a bathroom sink was coming out of the basin, pool is nice if want to soak but zero sun. It was a nice place but just not for the price. They provide you with one dishwasher pod, like 1-2 laundry pods, and two toilet paper for each bathroom
