Thank you for taking the time to share your experience and for bringing the bathroom leak to our attention, Allison. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused during your stay. We assure you that the issue has been promptly addressed and resolved. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding. Thanks for sharing your feedback, Valerie. At Anna Maria Vacations, we provide a starter pack with linens, bath and beach towels, two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, a roll of paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, trash bags, and basic kitchen supplies. After that, guests can restock as needed, and we apologize for not providing condiments or spices for health safety reasons. Our guest services team is local and always happy to help, for the future give us a call, we would be happy to replace any missing items, like propane and can/bottle opener. Check-in codes are sent at 4 PM, which is our standard check-in time for all homes, and I do see our team did communicate this with you. We do apologize the floor plan in the description wasn't clear enough, we will look into rewording it for future guests. We’re glad you enjoyed the beach location, pool, and views, and we’ll use your notes to keep improving!

Thank you for allowing us to host you, Danielle!

Thank you for the kind review, Shannan! We are happy to hear that our Team at Anna Maria Vacations was able to respond and rectify any issues in a timely manner. Pool heaters in private homes are locked for your safety and controls must not be tampered with as they are monitored by the pool company. 82° is the highest heat temperature setting. Pool temperatures will probably stay around 76° during the winter months. If cold days occur, water temperatures will drop and may stay cooler longer. Pool heaters will not operate and will automatically shut down if outside temperatures get too cold. We appreciate the feedback and are happy to hear that regardless of these items, you found The Blue Horizon home to be amazing! We hope to welcome you back in the future when visiting AMI!
