Welcome to the Ultimate Beach Front Paradise on Anna Maria Island at Beaches & Dreams, where stunning panoramic bay views and top-tier amenities await you. This 4-bedroom, 5-bathroom home offers endless entertainment for you and your guests.

Beaches & Dreams features an outdoor bar with a fridge and ice machine, a swinging outdoor bed, a large heated pool with waterfalls, a spa, see-through kayaks, paddleboards, a game room, a gym, a putting green, an elevator, an outdoor grill, and much more!

Located directly on the beach in the desirable north end of Anna Maria Island, it's steps away from the Rod & Reel Pier and Bayfront Park. Enjoy dolphin and manatee sightings right from the home. The popular Bean Point and Pine Street are just a short walk away.

New as of late 2020, the home spans over 3,000 square feet and has been professionally designed with a coastal elegant theme, featuring shiplap and local art. Each bedroom includes an ensuite bathroom and captures the spirit of Anna Maria Island. Two king bedrooms are beachfront with balcony access, and the fourth bedroom includes a ship-themed bunk bed system and a multi-cade system with over 60 games.

The Shark's Den game room, top-of-the-line kitchen, spacious family room, and incredible pool and patio area with a commercial-grade bar, putting green, and private beach access complete this luxurious retreat. The 2-car garage is stocked with bikes, beach gear, and various toys and games for your perfect vacation.

GOLF CART: For an additional fee of $550, the owner is offering the enjoyment and convenience of a 6-seat electric golf cart to explore the island. Instructions for payment and necessary paperwork will be available in the unit.

This house is a stunner! From amenities to decor and more. The host has thought of everything! There were many toys and games that added to the fun. As of right now though, there is no beach behind the house as is shown in the picture. Sadly (I’m guessing) the result of recent hurricanes. But being waterfront just can’t be beat!!

This was our first family vacation with our two baby grandchildren 7 months and 9 months. All four of our children joined us and I must say our stay was perfect. I believe we saw dolphins almost every day. Adult children and grandchildren loved the pool and putting green. The restaurants in the area were also very good. We will return .

Wow! This home provided the absolute perfect vacation. The kayaks and paddle boards provided entertainment during the day. The pool and spa were perfect for those that required a more relaxing day. The location provided dolphin and manatee sightings daily!!! Just a short walk to restaurants and some nights we cooked in the gourmet kitchen. Absolutely every details was not missed! The best place I have stayed in my 30 years of travel!

We have stayed at many luxury vacation rentals across the United States and Beaches and Dreams is hands down the best! The home is immaculate, and the owners have thought of and made available everything you could need during your stay. The location on the island is perfect, and the views are incredible from every floor. Anna Maria Island has long been a favorite of ours and now our family has fallen in love with this home! We will be back regularly! Highest of recommendations and kudos to the owner and management company. Everything was amazing!!

Christmas Getaway

Amazing! We rented this incredible beachfront home for a week over Christmas! It was perfect for our family of six adults and four kids. It was too cold to use the pool, the wonderful spa and sunny beach made up for it. From the kayaks to paddle boards to game rooms, putting green and the beautiful spa and pool. A week isn’t enough time to try everything! It’s everything the pictures show and more.

Amazing home with amazing views. The location is about as good as it can get. On beach and a bicycle ride to town. Once you get there little need to use your car again. Kudos to the owners who pretty much thought of everything with this house; bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, video games, putters for the practice green, etc. An absolutely beautiful home in a perfect location. Anna Maria is such a charming town! We can’t wait to come back!

This property was luxurious and perfect in every way. Elegant, spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and located near the best part of the island. Floor to ceiling windows facing the ocean on every floor with an amazing pool and sauna area. Not shown in the photos is a game room with giant scrabble, golden tee, ms. pacman machine, and more. The property managers were responsive and kind at every turn. Our party included just two couples, so we had plenty of room in this spacious home. Overall, we couldn't be happier with this property and our time here. Thank you very much to the owners and managers!

Unbeatable property in the perfect location

We had such an amazing time in this beautiful property. It was very clean and spacious with everything you could possibly need to enjoy a luxurious fun-filled family holiday. The attention to detail and stock of games, water toys, kayaks, paddle boards, bikes etc is second to none and really added to the enjoyment of our holiday. We had family poker nights in the games room and our teenagers loved the computer games too. The outside area with the pool and putting green was amazing and enabled us to chill whilst enjoying the beautiful view of the beach and sea. We woke every morning to dolphins swimming outside our balcony and saw manatees and pelicans and many other birds too. We were also lucky enough by chance during a walk along the beach to witness the turtle wardens rescue and release 70 baby turtle into the sea, a truly amazing and memorable experience. The location on Anna Maria in our opinion is perfect, and close to some really move restaurants and we love the chilled and friendly vibe on the island, we will definitely be back.

The house was beautiful. The decor was perfect and space for all of use to spread out.

Our dryer was broken, I called about it and the gal said the she left us a note but we never found it. It was out of operation all week, which was disappointing. We did get a gift card for letting g the service guys in but I feel like she should have been credited for the fact that the house had no dryer. It became and issue with our towels. The tiles down under the deck were very slippery. There was also broken glass down in the area. Several of us cut our feet. . The turf decor in that area also had some sink hole problems. The home needs a mop, slotted spoons for pasta or cooking veggies, and a couple of serving bowls. Garage was stocked and the kayaks and canoes were amazing. Job well done!

Amazing Luxury Rental

My family stayed at Beaches and Dreams for a family celebration. The property is comfortably luxurious. Extreme attention to detail with high end furnishings and amenities. No need to pack anything but your clothes! Everything from SUP, kayaks, beach toys, bikes and even life vests are there for you! Plenty of space for our family to relax and enjoy the pool, beach and THE VIEW! Loved our week at Beaches and Dreams and will definitely be back!

Amazing Vacation

This Home has everything; Location, Entertainment and a beautiful view, including dolphin sightings every day. The photos are exactly what you get. The beds are comfortable and the spacious. The bunk beds are huge! Everything was perfect. There is only one issue with the property. The neighbors have trees with long needles. So many needles are blown into the yard and pool, you need to clean the pool multiple times per day, even though the pool is professionally clean twice per week. They could use a new pool net. It has a few small holes. The Lawn care team blows the needle off the lawn twice a week as well, but the yard and putting green is covered every day. It added some work to the vacation, but overall this place is amazing and these issues did not stop us from enjoying this amazing home!
