For what it is, it's a good deal. Very clean, very quiet, beautiful view, fine communication (though the code wasn't sent out until the day of arrival). Fine place to rest your head. There didn't seem to be a sauna, which I had expected. But overall, great.

It is a small space but it works. One night stay and we were on our way. It was clean and comfortable. The host had thought of little things that were appreciated. Thank you!

Everything was very clean and neat. The host had all the amenities we were looking for. Loved that the fridge had enough freezer space for the ice packs for our cooler. Downside was the small room itself. For two people who are traveling a distance with a little extra baggage and a cooler to have meals from, we were very tight. Quiet room and neighbors overall.

Great overnight spot in Livingston

The space is small, but exactly what we needed for an overnight stay. The owners contacted us well in advance with checkin information, it was very easy to find, the space was super clean and well maintained, and the neighborhood and stay were super quiet. Would happily stay here again!

Overall the place was great. She had purified water and a coffee maker and microwave. The issue we had was getting internet to use the TV. We tried to contact host to fix the issue but couldn't contact her.

Great stay

We had a great stay at this VRBO. The detail and cleanliness of the room is better than many other locations. The room is set up well and we had plenty of room for us and a newborn to stay.

Overall as advertised. The bed was comfortable. The price was reasonable.2 issues:1. Need to improve location directions. Address took me to the front door of a residence. I received no info that the unit was on the side of the building and there was no outside light on.2. Coffee maker was left dirty with used grouds in itPretty noise from the rail yard near by.

My only complaint was no air conditioning. I never occurred to me that it wouldn't have it. They did provide 2 fans but the temps were in the mid 90s. It was miserable sleeping. Otherwise, it's a tiny but very clean and comfortable place.

Very nice accommodation

We found that this spot had everything we needed, and that the owner had thought of various little details that made our stay even better. Very clean. The setting outside wasn’t as rural as we thought it might be, but it was okay.

Perfect Weekend Getaway

This was the perfect accommodation for me and my dogs for a weekend away. It was studio sized but had everything I needed including a fridge and microwave. The bed was comfortable, and gorgeous views from the front porch. Short drive to restaurants. Will definitely stay again when I come back to Livingston.

Great little place

I booked this as a drop point for me to stay on a fishing trip. It was a perfect spot for me and what I needed. Very clean, very responsive owner and easy to get into. It is small but I didn’t mind the size at all. Would definitely stay here again.
