In der neu gestaltete Ferienwohnung (75qm) ist genügend Platz für bis zu fünf Pwersonen. Sie liegt am Ortsrand von Wegscheid,nahe der Drei-Flüsse-Stadt-Passau. Gegen Aufpreis steht einem Urlaub mit Haustiere nichts mehr im Wege. Insgesamt stehen den Gästen drei Schlafzimmer zu Verfügung: zwei Schlafzimmern jeweils mit einem Doppelbett und ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Einzelbett. Die seperate Wohnküche ist mit mehreren Küchenutensilien ausgestattet: Kühlschrank, Kaffemaschine, Toaster wtc.. Der Wohn- und Essbereich ist hell und modern ausgestattet. Viele große Fenster und eine bequeme Couch schaffen eine gemütliche Atmosphäre. Das moderne Bad mit Dusche, WC und Waschbecken ist ebenfalls frisch renoviert. Ein Fön und Handtücher erleichtern da Gepäck für die An- und Abreise. Bettwäsche, Handtücher und kostenfreie WLAN-Nutzung sind im Preis enthalten. In der Nähe: Rannasee mit Wasserrutsche, Tretbooten, Abenteuerspielplatz, Angeln und Reiten, Tennis und Wandern
