Charming old wooden chalet

Surrounded by old fir trees, Chalet Baur, which has retained its charm since 1924, exudes a rustic and cozy atmosphere.
The house is located on the edge of the famous PrÀtschli area. The ski slopes, hiking trails and toboggan run start at the garden gate.
The upper floors are occupied by the hospitable owner family, who has spent their winter and summer holidays here for three generations.
The comfortable 3-room apartment on the ground floor with its two bedrooms is ideal for families with two children. In front of the apartment located on the ground floor and the covered seating area is a play and sunbathing area with plenty of sun. The interior of the apartment corresponds to the dignified style of the chalet with carpets in all rooms. The apartment has one of the two on-site parking.
All bus trips in Arosa (station PrÀtschli in about 3 minutes to reach) are free throughout the year.

Die Ferienwohnung liegt verkehrsgĂŒnstig in der NĂ€he der Bushaltestelle PrĂ€tischli. Von der Haltestelle PrĂ€tschli aus können auch direkt Wandertouren zum Arosa BĂ€renland oder zur PrĂ€tschlialp gestartet werden. Die Einrichtung ist einfach, aber den BedĂŒrfnissen einer Familie völlig genĂŒgend.

Einfach aber gut

Die Wohnung ist gut gelegen. Direkt an den Wanderwegen. Sehr friedlich inmitten des Waldes. Das einzige was schade dabei ist, dass die wunderbare Aussicht von den BĂ€umen verdeckt ist. Die Wohnung ist alt aber sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet. Gut fĂŒr eine Familie mit 2Kindern. Uns hat es gefallen!

Ruhige, ausreichend ausgestattete Wohnung in toller Lage.

Flexibler und zuverlÀssiger Empfang, ruhige Wohnung mit ausreichender Ausstattung, tolle Lage (2 Minuten zu Fuss zur Skipiste) und gute Bussanbindung. Etwas dunkel aufgrund Baumbestand und wenig Beleuchtung. Kommen gerne wieder.

Ruhig gelegenes charmantes Chalet, im Winter direkt erreichbar mit den Skiern. Skipisten und Skilifte in unmittelbarer NĂ€he. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten leicht zu Fuss oder mit den Dorfeigenen gratis Bussen zu erreichen. Wunderbare Spazierewege in der direkten Umgebung. Perfekt fĂŒr eine kleine Familie.
