Just As Described! Everyone loved this house!
My guests and I loved this house! Everything was new and updated and Cindy definitely put effort into the details. Bedrooms & bathrooms were clean and spacious. The beds and linens were super soft and comfy. Great sized kitchen and dining spaces which had everything we needed. Beautiful backyard space with multiple seating areas. Also, great working AC unit was a HUGE plus. Cindy was also such a great host and responded to any questions right away. We have recently stayed at homes where online photos did not match what we got so we were so happy to see that this house did not disappoint. Would gladly stay here again! Thank you Cindy!

Amazing house
Don't hesitate to rent this house! We almost changed our minds because we initially felt it was too far from where we needed to be. I am so glad we stuck to the plan. The house is in a quiet location, beautiful & easy drive to anywhere you need to go (not a five minute drive but not crazy either). We felt right at home, there was plenty of space for everyone, the backyard was great for the dogs. The humans didn't use the backyard much because while it was gorgeous weather during the day - it was a bit chilly & windy at night. Due to all of the rain the last few months - the wild flowers were in abundance everywhere and the hills & fields were green as it gets. The pictures of the house are on point - but it is even better in person. That said - we were a family with adult children and an infant. We wanted a well stocked place to cook most meals and easy access to wineries and Sensorio. This place ticked ALL the boxes. We hope to be back soon.

Friends and Family Paso Gathering
The owner/manager provided all of the necessary check in information timely, responded promptly to the one question we had during our stay and was very pleasant during communication. The home is in a rural setting, but is 10-20 minutes away from anything and the drives to and from are relaxing and scenic, plus the youngsters enjoyed several deer sightings and the adults appreciated the quite neighborhood. The home itself appears newly renovated so everything felt new and clean. The garage contained ping pong and darts which we enjoyed, along with a nice fire pit area off the back patio. The floor plan was open, comfortable and welcoming. The hot water heater and AC both worked great. The tv, kitchen sink and outside motion light were a little quirky, but easy enough to figure out. The only other suggestion would be a larger exterior trash can, as the can was full when we arrived, and unfortunately added to it. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay. It worked well as our base camp for our friends/family trip. We would easily recommend this home for anyone looking for a relaxing Paso vacation.

Cindy is retired and enjoys managing the property and adding the nice touches to make it a home. Dave is a technical editor working and has been coaching high school swimming and water-polo for over 30 years. We are both animal lovers and are members of the ASPCA. We have two rescue dogs--Gracie a chihuahua mix, and George, a husky-shepherd mix.

Why they chose this property

We have a love for the quiet country in Paso Robles, living alongside vineyards and wineries, and enjoy our outings into town for entertainment and fantastic dining experiences. I am passionate about providing our guest with the best possible experience. You will enjoy the morning and early evening sightings of deer. Driving down the country roads--along with the many wineries-- you will see horses, goats, alpacas, cows and chickens. It’s a real-life Green Acres here! The place to be!! Yet close enough to all things fun!

The Central Coast and all it has to offer: Beaches, golfing, wineries, hiking trails, and top notch restaurants. There is really something for everyone here! 😊

What makes this property unique

Close to historical Hearst Castle, the glass-blowing community of Harmony, and the beautiful coastal towns of Cambria, Cayucos, Morro Bay, Pismo and Avila Beach.
Excellent dining, wineries, and golfing within minutes. Quaint downtown Paso Robles with several excellent restaurants and a movie theater. Ravine Water Park within 15 minutes’ drive – Family and adult waterslide fun for sure!
