Amazing house and owners were very communicative. Our group of 8 loved it! Only thing I would flag is drive way is a bit steep and could be a challenge for some cars. Amazing stay over all!

So glad the home was a hit with your group of eight, and that staying in touch throughout made things easier on your end. Thanks for flagging the driveway too — we've passed that note along to our team so it's on our radar. We'd love to welcome all of you back anytime.

Absolutely loved this property! It has everything to have fun time! The jacuzzi, fire pit, games outside (bocce ball, and corn hole), & the pool table was so much fun! The kitchen is huge & was stocked with all the essentials and more! This property had everything we needed and more which made it a great and easy stay. Some places have the bare minimum, but not this place! There were extra pans & cooking trays etc. All the bed & blankets were very comfortable as well. We will definitely will be coming back! Highly recommend this property to make great memories with friends or family.

Jacuzzi soaks, fire pit nights, and bocce battles sound like the full lineup of a great trip! We love that the kitchen went beyond the bare minimum for your crew, since that's exactly the difference we want guests to feel. Thank you for the recommendation, and we can't wait to have you back for more memories!

We really enjoyed this house tucked in the hills of Atascadero. Super quiet neighborhood and you cant see another house from the property. Lots of amenities and the kitchen was perfect for a large group. The spa was warm and ready to go when we got there. 10 Minute drive to winetasting. Highly recommend!

Thank you so much for sharing your experience! We're delighted to hear the home offered such a peaceful retreat tucked into the Atascadero hills, with the quiet neighborhood and privacy adding to the charm. It's also great to know the kitchen worked well for your group, the spa was ready to enjoy on arrival, and the proximity to wine tasting made for easy day trips. We'd love to welcome you back anytime your next Central Coast escape calls!

We rented this house for a long weekend in Paso Robles with our toddler. The house was great and exactly what we were looking for - plenty of space to let the kid run around - he had a great time. And we had a great time too and were able to relax and enjoy the secluded house. I will also say one of the cleanest places we’ve stayed - we especially appreciated how clean the floors were which I definitely notice a lot of rental properties have dirty floors I end up cleaning on arrival but this place did not need that.

So glad the house gave you the space and seclusion to truly unwind with your little one — sounds like the ideal Paso Robles weekend! The shout-out on cleanliness, especially the floors, means a lot, and we'll be sure to pass that along to the housekeeping team. We'd love to welcome you and your family back anytime!

We liked the house. It's plenty big for a large group and has some nice amenities. The living room is a bit small/narrow considering how big the house is and the living room couch is not very comfortable. Also the record player wasn't working (no needle) and one of the bocce balls was missing. The house is a mile plus up a windy road so not recommended if you want easy on/off to Hwy 101. Overall though, I would consider staying here again.

Thanks for taking the time to share such a thoughtful rundown of your stay. Great to hear the home had the space and amenities your group needed — that's exactly what it's built for. The points you raised about the common areas and a few of the extras have been passed along to our team so we can take a closer look, and we appreciate you noting the drive up, which is definitely something worth knowing before booking. Hearing you'd consider a return visit means a lot, and we'd be glad to welcome you back.

Wonderful Weekend Retreat

The property was exactly what we wanted for a weekend retreat -- quiet, spacious and with plenty of activities for our group of adults. It is a little outside of town which made it perfect for relaxing.

Amazing Property!

We stayed at the Hidden Oaks Farmhouse for 3 nights for my son's graduation from Cal Poly SLO. The location is perfect - 15 mins form SLO. The property is amazing and beautiful - trees everywhere, with wildlife (so many deer) and peace and quiet. We had family fly in from the east coast to stay with us and the house was so perfect and comfortable. Everything you could want and more - not to mention it kept teenagers busy and interested with the pool table, ping pong, etc. We can't wait to come back to SLO and stay at the Hidden Oaks Farmhouse again. Highly recommend!

Absolute Must Book

Pictures do not do this home justice. Immaculately clean. I would absolutely stay here again. Slept 9 people comfortably and had all of the right amenities for a wine weekend trip with family/friends. Entertainment options around every corner in the house and very spacious. The house was a 2 minute drive from the hill to 101 and 15 minutes to the wineries off 46.

Top Notch

I could have not been more pleased with this property. We were in town for my daughters wedding and the amenities offered at this location was a wonderful retreat for all of us. There was plenty of space for everyone, even when the girls were getting their hair and make up done in the morning before the wedding at The Lake Pavilion (short 10 minute drive away). This was a dream kitchen for me to work in. The appliances were high end and everything stocked in the kitchen (knives/plates/pans/etc.) were just as nice and plentiful. We absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend this clean and easy to use property. I would stay again!!!!!

Excellent Central Coast spot

We loved the location of this place for our family gathering. The house was perfect for playing board games and cooking together and had enough spots that the three of us who needed to work remotely while we were there could do so and be in meetings at the same time. Amenities of the house are great - again from the huge kitchen, to the hot tub, to the pool table - it was perfect, comfortable, and exactly what we wanted. The house was only about 4 minutes away from the 101 so don't be alarmed about the location appearing more remote. We loved how close we were to the highway for wherever we wanted to go (down to Morro Bay for a hike or up into Paso for wine tasting) but we still felt secluded and like we were on a proper getaway. My only note is the communication is confusing. Because this is managed by a third party (Avant Stay) - the information you'd get from them was sometimes different than it is on this VRBO listing, which was sometimes different still from the automated texts I'd receive (differences were minor such as about garage parking, check out instructions, etc.) Overall it didn't spoil the fun, but just something that could be improved to make things easier for the guest experience.

We're glad you were able to enjoy the kitchen, hot tub, and pool table. Thanks also for pointing out the communication inconsistencies; we’ll pass that along to help improve the experience for future guests. We’d love to have you back for another stay!

Wonderful vacation home with ALL the amenities!

This was the perfect vacation home for us with our 20’s something kids, their partners, and my sister and friends! We hit-tubbed, ping-ponged, pooled and cooked BIG family dinners where we could all be in the kitchen at the same time. I would love to stay again and again!
