Looking for a spacious apartment with exceptional views and a large terrace to relax on the west coast of Corsica? Family Cross welcomes you to their new home - "Chez Nicolas" for this holiday.
Our house is located in the small tranquil village of Santa Reparata di Balagne near Ile Rousse. The house is located directly on a small ridge overlooking the town of Ile Rousse, the coast and the impressive mountains in the hinterland. In the valley lies an idyllic drinking water lake.
In just ten-fifteen minutes you can reach Ile Rousse and the adjacent white-sand beaches with crystal-clear, turquoise water. Other beaches are easily accessible by car. One of the most beautiful coasts of Europe awaits you and lures you to linger.
In the village of Santa Reparata di Balagne you will find restaurants, bars and a small supermarket with fresh pastries and a butcher. In Ile Rousse you will find various supermarkets, cafes, bars, boutiques and other shops as well as a market hall.
Our apartment "Chez Nicolas" with about 60 square meters of living space can accommodate up to 4 people. The apartment has a large kitchen with refrigerator, gas stove, electric oven and a cozy seating area. The kitchen is fully furnished.
The apartment has 1 fully equipped open bedroom with double bed, a large living room and a pull-out sofa bed, as well as a fantastic garden terrace, which makes every stay an experience and invites you to linger. The view from the terrace towards the sea, harbor and Ile Rousse is overwhelming. Overall, the apartment has a shower room with integrated toilet.
The apartment is newly renovated and newly furnished. It has satellite TV with German, French and Italian channels. Wi-Fi is available as well.

Fresh linen and towels are provided. (weekly laundry service)
You can enjoy breakfast after prior registration and extra charge in the adjacent hotel "La Santa". On site our caretaker will be happy to assist you.

Parking spaces are available in sufficient numbers directly opposite on the church square.

Very nice and clean appartment with a great terrace, a fantastic view over Ile Rousse and the sea. And an excellent caretaker. We loved the place!!

Nice stay with view on 'phare di la pietra'

We had direct contact upfront with all renting conditions and additional informations provided. We parked near the church first but were granted and able to park near the flat's entrance though the driveway is narrow and has a 90° turn. The flat is spacy and well equipped, linen and towels provided. The double bed was comfortable but the sofa bed was not that well. Unfortunately the flat need to be swept every day because of dust on the floor which one do not want to bring into the bed after showering (unless you brought slippers). I would have liked to wipe the floor wet but that was not in the inventory. The flat had to be ventilated to get humidity out and maybe this invites the dust. There is no real shop in the village afaik, only a kiosk next door where you can order and buy baguettes and other bakery stuff but it was somewhat different in taste as served by restaurants. The pool looks bigger on the pictures (and may have been bigger in the past) but that is a personal impression. Apart from that we felt well in the accomatation and it is a good starting location for tours around the Balagne.

Appartement très agréable et parfaitement équipé pour passser de bonne vacances, avec une belle terrasse et une vue à couper le souffle. La piscine et les restaurants à côté sont un vrai plus. Le village est idéalement positionné, offrant calme et activités proches, nottament en termes de randonnées / trails. Parfait pour couple avec enfant en bas âge. Concierge sympathique et serviable.Petit bémol sur l’état de la douche qui pourrait être mieux entretenue.

très bon séjour

L'appartement a une très belle vue sur l'île Rousse et la piscine. L'appartement ainsi que la terrasse sont spacieux et confortables. Il y a une grande pièce avec cuisine, salle à manger et salon et une pièce ouverte au fond avec un grand lit qui sert d'espace nuit. La chambre n'est donc pas séparée de l'espace de vie ce qui convient pour un couple. Il est à noter la possibilité de se garer sous la terrasse en passant par le petit chemin bétonné qui longe l'immeuble. A noter la présence d'escaliers pour monter à la terrasse puis ensuite à l'appartement ce qui pourrait ne pas convenir à des personnes à mobilité réduite. Les points négatifs sont la poussière qui n'est pas faite de partout (derrière le lit par exemple) et l'odeur d'humidité qui s'en dégage en effet l'appartement est semi enterré ce qui peux poser problème aux personnes allergiques/asthmatiques. Il n'y a pas de draps en 160 mais 2 de 90 et sinon le wifi ne fonctionnait pas pendant notre séjour en effet on était connecté 2 minutes puis la connexion se coupait et ainsi de suite. Hormis ces points négatifs l’appartement est super, calme, bien équipé (four, four micro onde, lave linge, sèche linge, TV) et entouré par 2 restaurants. Mohamed le concierge est très gentil et disponible.

Appartement moins propre que lnotre dernier passage, et qui manque de quelque affaires pour la vie dans lappart( microonde, poele, diverse vaisselle,..) un peu plus bruyant aussi quauparavant avec les autres logements, et lhotel au dessus. Mais on arrive a avoir une vue et du calme sur la journee au milieu de la vallee qui est dingue! Le lieux reste magique!

Reposant et vue imprenable

Un bel appartement avec un coin chambre et grand lit de 160, une vue magnifique sur la baie de l'île rousse et piscine a débordement juste devant l'appartement, au calme, pas bcp de bruit malgré un petit hôtel au dessus. La conciergerie au top si problème ou question avec un employé joignable tt le temps, discret et en même temps disponible réactif et efficace. Le village est typique et assez retiré pour être au calme et assez proche de la mer pour ne pas mettre 107ans pr s y rendre. Pr la restauration nous avons été principalement dans les petits resto du village d a côté, Corbara qui étaient à la hauteur de leur tres bonne réputation. Bref un super séjour appartement à conseiller.

bel appartement

Appartement avec une très belle terrasse ombragée offrant une superbe vue. Il est très bien localisé, avec un parking juste à côté. Pouvoir acheter son pain et viennoiseries le matin est aussi très agréable. A savoir, il n'y a pas de séparation entre le lit et le canapé qui sert de couchage, c'est visible sur les photos donc pas une surprise et ça n'est pas forcément gênant. Le canapé qui sert de couchage n'est pas confortable pour la personne qui est sur la parti allongée car très dur, le propriétaire m'avait prévenu que le couchage était plus adapté à un couple avec enfant par exemple. Point négatif, l’appartement est très humide alors que nous étions dans une période sans pluie et que nous laissions ouvert quasiment tout la journée et la nuit, ça n'est pas rédhibitoire mais je ne sais pas ce que ça donnerait en période de pluie. La personne qui s'occupe de l'appartement est très serviable.

Guter Aufenthalt bis auf ein paar Einschränkungen

Die Ferienwohnung hatte reichlich Platz für zwei Personen und war gut ausgestattet. Die Poolanlage des benachbarten Hotels, die uneingeschränkt mitbenutzt werden konnte, ist hervorragend. Allerdings war das Bett/Matratze so hart, dass ich auf dem Schlafsofa übernachtet habe, was leider nach Urin gerochen hat. Ein weiteres Manko ist, dass die Terrasse von einigen Anwohnern im Haus als Durchgangsweg mitbenutzt wird, so hat man nicht die komplette Intimität. Alles in allem war es aber ein guter Aufenthalt.

Superbe emplacement ! Bonne prestation

Une vue magnifique et une location très tranquille et très fonctionnelle, hormis pour nous, le manque d’un micro-ondes et d’un lave-vaisselle. L’utilisation de la piscine est un plus non négligeable. À faire également le resto de l’hôtel attenant, un délice.

Séjour topissime en famille

Le logement est top, la vue est juste splendide avec l'accès à la piscine de l'hôtel. Super accueil, je garde l'adresse pour y retourner car idéal pour se ressourcer.
