Lovely stay in a very snowy Santa Fe
The accomodation was really good -- a full kitchen, large living room, two bedrooms, all well-furnished and welcoming. It's an easy (if hilly) walk into town, where the shops, restaurants and museums are all first rate. We really enjoyed ourselves.
Property looked as pictured. We had everything we needed. Unit wasn't real well marked to find the first time but no big deal. Also parking was a little confusing the first time but again no big deal.
Loved the location and the nature surrounding it. The deer who came to visit was a nice surprise! Great location to the Plaza! Ubers are a great option when heading back for the day if you don’t want to tackle the incline to get back. Definitely will come back!

Cons: No in-house air conditioning on second floor. Portable air conditioners in bedrooms on second floor were noisy, allowed street noises in, and allowed sunlight to enter bedrooms. Kitchen electric stovetop glass not clean. Food burned onto the bottoms of some pans and stovetop. TV in guest bedroom not operating. Pros: nice location, nice view, especially for evening sunsets from the balcony. Clean rooms. Helpful front desk office.
Loved it! It was clean, nicely decorated, quiet, comfortable, and within walking distance to the plaza in Santa Fe. We loved sitting out on the balcony, especially at night, because we could see the city lights. We loved all the little extras in the condo - the individual air conditioning units in each bedroom, the sleep machine in the master bedroom, the dishes in the bathrooms in which to put toiletries, and the extra powder room downstairs so we didn’t have to climb the stairs to the upstairs bathrooms. The only thing I would suggest is providing a set of king size sheets for the pull out couch.

Indian market
Two portable air conditioners inside the bedrooms with large vent pipes to the window which were noisy and very distracting plus one did not work. The service crew was quick getting there to fix it. Not listed or shown with these, but with central air. Also very small amount of shower soap and hand soap and we ran out the first evening. Called housekeeping and they said they would bring some up but never arrive during so we bought some ourselves for the 5 day stay.
Condo okay but not for those who cannot do steep stairs
Condo was fine. The stairs up and down to the pool were steep. So if you have trouble with narrow, steep stairs I would not recommend. TV was a bit challenging with 3 separate remotes. Had to call office but they sent someone over right away to help us figure it out. We requested a blanket but no one ever delivered it. The kitchen did not have olive oil or vinegar so bring your own condiments. It did have salt and pepper. Two days worth of coffee for a four night five day stay. The views were incredible from the balcony.

Poor
Our stay was riddled with a range of problems. Items were missing, promised to be brought to us, and then never brought. When we arrived, there was no regular coffee, a sponge that was very gross and old, no dishwashing pods, and only 1 inch of dishwashing detergent. The unit promised two hair dryers (one in each full bath). There was one and it caught on fire. This was reported and a replacement promised, but never brought. We were without a hair dryer for 10 days staying there. The staff promised to pick up the garbage outside our unit but this was never done. It sat for days and days until we took it to the office ourselves. The unit says that recycling would be done, but stay told us this was not true. The unit we stayed in did not have any mixing bowls and we had to use pots for mixing muffin mix and pancakes! There was no foil or plastic wrap provided. All of these should be in every unique for short term stays. The pool and hottub were very far away from our unit and the sidewalks were too icey to walk on for 2-3 days after the storm hit. There was no attempt to clear the snow before it turned to ice. I would not recommend that you stay here.
I think there should be foil and plastic wrap because we cook. Pool should be open until 8pm.
Heater was very loud In kitchen. Office and pool close too early. I would like to swim in the evening. When we started fire it got too smoky in living room. Could a duraflame be available? Garbage disposal was way far away. These are improvements but we did enjoy our time. Beds were great and there was comfortable furniture. Kitchen worked fine. It was pleasant.
While many Balloon Fiesta activities were cancelled due to weather, there is plenty to do in this atea. Hiking, jazz, guided tours, archeological sites, art, museums, Turqupise Trail, Margarita Trail Challenge, Meow Wolf, food and just the beauty of the area. Friendly people abound! Too many option and too little time!
The property was nice and everything we needed. We Were able to walk up and down stairs. If your not make sure to let the property know. There are lots of stairs and hills. The location was great to the plaza, the property has a shuttle that runs to the plazaand back. The unit was well stocked with cooking supplies. The only complaint was the gap in the shower door was at least two fingers wide and the floor would get super soaked. So make sure to have extra towels. Everyone was friendly and helpful. One thing to know is everything closes early in Santa Fe around 6 or 7. Wasn't aware of this. We would stay here again.
