Relax with family and friends at Birch Point Condo & Resort in Hayward. We are located right on Nelson Lake with a shared dock ready for your boat. The shared dock is just steps away, perfect for a day out on the lake or swimming on the beach.

Our rooms have two beds, private bathroom, adjoining rooms, and air conditioning.

Noon check out time can be requested for non-peak season reservations.

We really enjoyed our time at Birch Point Resort. We were able to sit on the dock and watch the sunset and there were a lot of bars/restaurants within 10 minutes of the resort.

The only issue I had was the air conditioner is really loud and the coffee pot did not work. We were in the last condo and the parking is on hill. Otherwise a nice place for the money.

The setting was quite pleasant. Porch was dirty. Bathroom light likely has a short circuit. Unable to use TV. May be due to my poor technical skills. Porch and deck rather poor shape. Needed larger packet of coffee and more creamers. Couldn’t open bathroom window. Not worth the charged. 100 would have been fair. Won’t recommend. Sorry as friend here from The Netherlands was not impressed!!!

It was fine for what we needed; a last minute find for Birkie weekend. There were cob webs in corners..need to wipe those down when cleaning. Needs new faucet/handles in bathroom where water temperature can be controlled.Shower head too low/brokenBathroom floor needs to be replaced( sub floor must be rotting...when you step in you sink) Base tiles should be replaced (some were missing)

Bathroom light over the sink was intermittent. Sometimes it worked sometimes it wouldn't. Once we got it to work, had to leave it on the whole time so we knew it would work.No handle on the patio door...outside. Patio was dirty, nothing available to clean it off. There were sticks and leaves everywhere. Shower head is on a hook 3 ft from the bottom of the tub. Absolutely not convenient at all.The place was infested with nats. Nats were everywhere. We had brought food and had placed it on the dresser. We didnt realize how bad the nats really were until we got up the next morning and had to throw away everything we brought because of the issue. They were terrible in the bathroom. All over mirror and shower. We left on Sunday because we could not deal with nats any longer. Terrible experience.

4th of July Stay

The room was filthy. Spiders were crawling around this room. The worst place that we have booked in all of surrounding Hayward area. The bathroom switch is falling off the wall, did not dare to plug in a hair blow dryer. The refrigerator was not cleaned and the freezer was frozen that there was hardly any room to place anything in it. The air conditioner was too loud to leave on to sleep. The lock box is a horrible process for the keys. Not one renter was able to get in and out of this without struggling. We will not be renting here or referring this place. We actually rented 2 separate motel rooms for this weekend and both were very dirty and each had allot problems.

A note to the cleaning crew, please wipe down the Cobb webs in the corners. A supply of coffee cups would be appreciated in order to have coffee. Scrubbing the floors would be nice, at the very least swept. I was not able to connect the television, I tried multiple times with no avail. We did have an issue with the heat being on, we turned it down all the way but could still feel heat coming out of the wall unit.
