Maravilla 2409 2Bed/2Bath Gulf front, Pet Friendly, Beach Service.

There are few complexes, hotels or condos in Destin that are as beloved as Maravilla. With entrances from Scenic Gulf Drive and US Highway 98, Maravilla is very easy to access. Unit 2409 is in building 2 with a direct beach front view. All of our Maravilla condo rentals are dog friendly with certain breed restrictions. This condo is offered at the lowest rate available for our Maravilla Gulf front rentals. Guests love being able to have a great view of both the pool and the beach from this unit. Beach service for 2 is included from mid March until Oct 31st each year.

All of our properties require a Saturday-Saturday stay during Spring Break, Summer through Fall and holidays, unless last minute.

Supplies: Beach Condos in Destin provides dish washing soap for your stay and an initial supply of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, hand soap, and 2 kitchen trash bags; enough to get you through your first 24 hours. We recommend you bring the following items for the remainder of your stay: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, napkins, spices/condiments, coffee and coffee filters, laundry detergent, hairdryer, toys, beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for an enjoyable vacation.

Maravilla Beach Resort is a popular family complex in a 33.7-acre gated community featuring 2.5 acres of private beach with beautiful sugar-sand beaches and emerald green waters. It is a great vacation destination with amenities for the entire family. It is just minutes away from some of the best restaurants ranked in Best of the Emerald Coast and only 2.5 miles from a day of golf at Regatta Bay, ranked 'Top 200 Places to Play in North America,' by Golf Digest.

Maravilla vacation rentals are on Scenic Gulf Drive between Crystal View (to the east) and Beach Retreat / Leeward Key (to the west), near shopping, outdoor concerts, deep sea fishing, boat and wave runner rentals, dolphin excursions, water parks, go-cart racing, golf and the Silver Sands outlet mall.

Beautiful Get Away

We had a wonderful time at this property. It is a beautiful condo with amazing views of the ocean. The whole process of booking, checking in, etc. was stress free. Being so close to restaurants, stores, shops, etc. was also perfect for staying at this property. The white sand and emerald waters are breathtaking. We also thoroughly enjoyed the fact that we could bring our fur baby with us. We look forward to returning and enjoying this property again!

We had an amazing time and found the condo to be a perfect fit for our family. The view was absolutely amazing! The kitchen was very well stocked with plenty of dishes. There was plenty of room for everybody to sleep and the beds were comfortable. We also loved that we could take our dog and that the community is so pet friendly! We will definitely be back!

Great Stay at Maravilla

We visited in June 2022 and the property was great. Location and view were wonderful and we so appreciate having our fur baby with us on our trip. The beach setup was such a great perk and the attendants were outstanding (remember to tip these guys well!!). The walking path in front of the property is so nice for morning walks. The unit was well equipped and had everything we needed for our stay. We used the grills and cooked in most nights. Check in was easy and we had no issues during our stay that needed attending. Traffic on arrival day is brutal so I would highly recommend arriving early and finding some activity/shopping until check-in time. We definitely plan on returning.

Great little pet friendly place

We got this place because we were vacationing with our adult son, who needed a pet friendly place. The location is great, good access to the beach, great view. Plenty of room for my husband and I and our 3 adult sons. Our only complaint would have been that the room was not very clean when we arrived. We found dirty dished in the cabinet and one of the bathrooms smelled very strongly of urine, not sure if this was from another pet or not :(. I did get some Lysol wipes and fix the situation, but then noticed later that there was some mold in the shower and the grout had not been cleaned in a long time. I know that renting a house or condo is not for everyone, but we do it every year and this one was the most unclean that we have every stayed in. The owners or property management might want to check into getting another cleaning service.
