About this property

Villa close to the sea for 6 persons with large pool and AC in the bedrooms

The house is located in the mountains of the Axarquia with wide views of the countryside. The access: 680 m concrete road! The location is quiet and private and all for sole use. The pool is very large with 4 x 10 m for the local conditions. Have a look on Google Earth, the region is very interesting.
Malaga airport can be reached in 45 minutes. The beaches of Torre del Mar are 17 km away. The village of Benamargosa offers supermarkets, bars, restaurants, ATMs, hospital.
The house is next to the living area with adjoining kitchen, which is fully equipped, 3 bedrooms with AC (extra charge 30 cent/kWh, subcounter) all beds have good mattresses and 2 shower rooms. A cot is available.
The outdoor area around the pool is spacious and there are 6 sunbeds .. In the sun-sheltered covered area is a barbecue, a table with 6 chairs. From the kitchen you enter through a door to a breakfast area with a large parasol.
From the roof terrace you can see Velez Malaga.
SatTV and internet ,AC (30 cent kWh) in the sleepingrooms are available. Have a look on Googel Earth to find the villa and explore surroundings.

Enjoyable but slightly lacking

Overall lovely place with fantastic views and very peaceful. Great communication from the owners who were polite and welcoming when we arrived. Clean inside but outdoor areas need some tlc and finishing touches. Lots of pool tiles have come loose and were just left at the bottom of the pool. The patio area around the pool is very uneven and a trip hazard. My wife took it upon herself to tidy the roof terrace and the seating area at the side of the villa which had not been touched recently by the looks of it. We had a tyre blow out on the very 1st day due to the rocky nature of the dirt roads leading to the villa so definitely recommend a 4x4. The ensuite shower was almost unusable due to the unpleasant smell and discoloured water. We found that as a family of 5 we therefore had to share the main bathroom. The resident cat was a lovely bonus and our children loved playing with her, she was very friendly! Unfortunately the air conditioning unit in one of the bedrooms was not working for the duration of our 16 day stay but we still managed to incur a hefty air conditioning bill despite only using it at night times.

Nice villa in a beautiful and very quiet location. Short access. At the beginning and at the end steep, but we had no problems.The communication with the owner and housekeeper was excellent.Highly recommended.

Schönes Ferienhaus!Wir haben dort eine wunderbare Woche verbracht.Das Haus: sehr sauber und die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Von der Lage waren wir begeistert. Total ruhig und keine lange Zufahrt. Die Betonpiste ist zwar steil, aber gut befahrbar. Man gewöhnt sich schnell daran.Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Enttäuschender Aufenthalt: Altes, unsauberes Haus und gefährliche Zufahrt – Nicht zu empfehlen!

Unser Aufenthalt im September 2024 war sehr enttäuschend. Das Haus roch muffig, ist alt und renovierungsbedürftig. Die Besitzer, die nicht einmal in Spanien leben, werden das vermutlich bestreiten, aber es ist die Wahrheit. Die Sauberkeit war ein großes Problem: Wir fanden Haare in den Besteckschubladen, fettige Flecken in der Mikrowelle und im Kühlschrank. Obwohl wir den Besitzer kontaktierten, wurde keine Reinigungskraft geschickt – ein absolutes No-Go. Die Zufahrtsstraße zum Haus ist zudem gefährlich, besonders für unerfahrene Fahrer oder schwächere Autos. Es besteht ein ernstes Sicherheitsrisiko. Positiv zu erwähnen sind Roger, der Poolmann, und seine Frau, die sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit waren. Diese Bewertung richtet sich nicht gegen sie, sondern gegen die Besitzer, die bequem in Deutschland leben und anscheinend nichts vom schlechten Zustand der Immobilie wissen. Wir raten dringend davon ab, hier zu übernachten. Bei Interesse an echten Fotos und Videos können Sie uns gerne kontaktieren.

Wir haben 2 Wochen in diesem Haus verbracht. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht, auf der Veranda war es immer fein kühl da immer ein Lüftchen ging. Das Schwimmbad ist sehr groß, man muß es halt immer mit dem Kescher putzen da viele Blumen, Blätter und Insekten hineinfliegen. Das letzte Stückchen Weg bis zum Haus ist sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig da ziemlich steil aber mit einem nicht ganz zu schwachen Auto befahrbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, die schönsten Strände und weißen Dörfer sind nicht weit entfernt und leicht erreichbar. Werden die Aussicht und das gesamte Haus vermissen und natürlich das Kätzchen das dort wohnt aber überhaupt nicht stört da es niemals ins Haus geht und auch sonst viel unterwegs ist. Danke Frau Dorothea und Herrn Roger mit Frau die wenn man was brauchte vorbeigekommen sind.

Smuk udsigt og rolige omgivelser

Villaen levede op til vores forventninger og havde alt det vi havde brug for. Udsigten var meget smuk og roligt område, hvor man kunne koble helt fra. Poolen var stor og der kunne bades en masse. Værten kom og kiggede til den og holdte den ren et par gange. Bakken ned til huset, meget stejl, men udlejer havde gjordt opmærksom på det og med okay bil, lærte man at køre på den. Udlejer var meget hjælpsom, reagerede hurtigt på henvendelser/spørgsmål. Sød ude kat, som vores datter holdte af at snakke med.

Villa mit sehr schönem Pool und toller Aussicht

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Der Pool ist schön groß und man musste sich viel einfallen lassen um die Kinder rauszubekommen. Es weht dort ein angenehmer Wind, so dass die Hitze auf der großen Terrasse gut auszuhalten ist. Die Anfahrt ist anfangs etwas abenteuerlich, aber jedes normale Auto und jeder normal geübte Autofahrer sollte das hinbekommen. Der nächste Strand ist etwa 15min entfernt (schönere Strände ab ca. 25min). Die Vermieterin und der ortsansässige Hausmeister kümmern sich sehr gut um Ihre Gäste. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet; uns hat es zumindest an nichts gefehlt. Zu empfehlen ist aus unserer Sicht ein Ausflug zum Caminito del rey und nach Granada (jeweils ca. 1,5h).

Ein wunderbares Fleckchen Erde

Wir haben uns hier von der ersten Minute an sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Finca ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sie liegt ruhig und man hat einen fantastischen Weitblick. Die Vermieterin steht jederzeit mit guten Tipps zur Verfügung und auch der Hauswart mit seiner Frau sind immer erreichbar und wirklich liebenswert. Wir würden sofort wieder buchen und eine Auszeit mit Katzi auf dieser Finca genießen.

gemt godt

vores ophold var godt, det var svært at finde huset, vi savnet et stort skilt med navet på huset ved den stejle ned kørelse eller en anden form for genkendelse på hvor man skal dreje ned, for vejen er virkelig stejl. katten er rigtig sød og hyggelig at den er der. vi kunne godt have tænkt os lidt bedre havemøbler for vi var kun ude hele tiden.sofaerne er hårde at sidde i og spisebordet var meget vakelvorn og spisebords syolene var meget rette i ryggen så der sad vi ikke længe af gangen, poolen var lækker manglet dog vand i udendørs brugseren. men et dejligt sted. sødt ægtepar der kom og rengjorde poolen og var der da vandbilen kom med vand til huset Vi havde en dejlig ferie.

Finca in den Bergen

Gerade sind wir von 20 Tagen Urlaub zurück. Die Finca könnte echt eine kleine Urlaubsoase sein, wenn sie wesentlich mehr gepflegt wäre. Die Bilder im Inserat entsprechen leider nur zum Teil der Realität. Der Sitzplatz hinter der Küche war eine einzige Müllhalde. Kaputte Fliesen am Pool bargen ein hohes Verletzungsrisiko. Als wir unsere Vermieterin darauf aufmerksam machten wurden wir als "kleinkariert" bezeichnet und uns wurde empfohlen uns eine neue Bleibe zu suchen. Wir waren schon etliche Male in Andalusien, so wurden wir als zahlender Gast noch nicht behandelt. Der Pool war sehr schön und groß, leider konnten wir ihn nicht bis zum Schluss nutzen, da er umgekippt war, vielleicht sollte bei so einer Hitze nicht erst nach 7 Tagen jemand danach schauen. wir kommen auf keinen Fall wieder.

Toller Familienurlaub in Andalusien

Superschönes Haus mit traumhaftem Blick und schönem großen Pool. Die Terrasse ist perfekt für entspanntes Abhängen geeignet und auch tagsüber immer angenehm kühl. Auf der großen Dachterrasse kann man abends/nachts wunderbar sitzen und den Sternenhimmel bewundern. Das Haus war sauber, gepflegt und sehr gut ausgestattet inkl. Gewürzen, Toilettenpapier, Küchenrolle etc. Der „Hauswart“ Roger ist sehr sympathisch, hilfsbereit und informativ. Sehr guter und unkomplizierter Austausch mit den zuvorkommenden Eigentümern per Email. Die Anfahrt ist auf den letzten Metern etwas abenteuerlich, da sehr ruckelig und steil, aber letztlich gut machbar. Man gewöhnt sich sehr schnell daran, wenn man sie mal gefahren ist. Wir sind selbst mit einer voll gepackten Familienkutsche und wenig Profil an den Reifen problemlos hoch und runter gekommen. Wir hatten einen wunderbar entspannten Urlaub und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

un peu compliqué pour y accéder

tout d'abord, la propriétaire est très bien et aimable à l'écoute pour gérer les problèmes. Le plus compliqué est l'accès. La route est HORRIBLE et il faudrait décerner une médaille à chaque fois que nous y allons. des trous, des bosses, une pente à 18%, à ne plus avoir envie de sortir. Je ne parle pas du dragon allemand que nous avons eu lorsque nous avons eu un souci avec les lits. Nous avons loué à 2 noms différents, donc 2 lits. 1 seul lit était fait et lorsque nous avons demandé à avoir 2 grands lits prêts, ce dragon nous a répondu ; 2 personnes, 2 petits draps, 2 oreillers pas plus. Nous avons quand même payé pour une villa pour 6 personnes, c'était un comble !!! La villa en elle même est bien, sauf pour les odeurs dégoût derrière. De plus à notre arrivée nous avons appris qu'il fallait nourrir un chat, ce qui perso ne me dérangeait pas, mais il fallait absolument l'empêcher d'entrer dans la maison. donc obligation de toujours fermer les portes et les fenêtres. pas grave mais contraignant. Conclusion : malgré la gentillesse de la propriétaire nous n'y retournons pas

Great stay

Good instructions for getting into property (really is worth checking on goggle maps the precise location if arriving in the dark!) We have spent the week just hanging around, the property is very rural and we cooked for ourselves in the main. The outdoor cat was a big hit and very friendly.

Très bonnes vacances !

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans la villa de Dorothéa. Confortable, fonctionnelle, très bonne literie, la piscine extérieur est superbe pour les enfants, vue imprenable sur les montagnes et les plantations environnantes. le tout au calme ! sans oublier Roger, le concierge de la maison, disponible et efficace ! Je recommande vivement cette location ! très bon dialogue avec la propriétaire !

Dorotea nous accompagne tout au long du séjour comme l'adorable petit chat de la maison.... Lieu très calme qui se mérite après une route escarpée au milieu de fabuleux champs de mangue et d'avocats. Plongeons dans la piscine....

Sommerferie 2021

Meget tilfredse med stedet, super udsigt, skøn pool. Der er hvad der skal være i køkkenet og der var dejligt rent da vi kom. Vi havde en skøn uge og kunne nemt blive der flere dage. Der var god kontakt til udlejer , de virkede søde og hjælpsomme. Hvis vi skulle kommentere en ting, så er det havestole/sofa. Man bruger rigtig meget tid på terrassen pga det gode vejr og den skønne udsigt. Men kvaliteten af stole var ikke optimale, nogen var defekte andre ikke optimale at sidde i I længere tid af gangen. Alt omkring poolområde helt ok.

Tiempo en familia en ubicación increible

Pasamos 5 días en familia, un grupo de 6 adultos. La casa es espaciosa, perfectamente equipada. La zona de barbacoa y piscina con unas vistas impresionantes. 100% recomendable! Muchas gracias a Dorothea por una comunicación genial desde el principio (en inglés eso si). Esperamos volver pronto :)

Un lugar para no olvidar

La casa es preciosa, las fotos que salen en el anuncio reflejan bien la casa, e incluso la casa es más bonita cuando la ves con tus propios ojos. El acceso se hace complicado la primera vez, para llegar hay que subir una cuesta arriba y otra cuesta abajo, que en trayecto son cortas, pero hasta que te acostumbras se hacen un poco duras, pero es el precio por una casa retirada del mundanal ruido y enclavada en la naturaleza. La piscina es bastante grande, mejor de lo que nos esperábamos. La casa está bastante limpia, por dentro se nota que se ha restaurado y renovado la casa por dentro. Tienes lavavajillas, lavadora, muchos platos, vasos, copas, ollas, sartenes de todo, para poder hacer tu vida normal. Las vistas son impresionantes, tomarte un vino de noche viendo las estrellas y toda la sierra de Málaga no tiene precio. Tuvimos un problema con la piscina, y se solucionó rápidamente. George estaba a las 8 de la mañana y trabajó un montón para que cuando llegáramos de la playa todo estuviese arreglado. Es importante tener en cuenta que ante cualquier problema que pueda surgir la reacción es inmediata. Por todo ello tengo que recomendar esta casa y el servicio que se da desde la propiedad. El que quiera ver felices a sus hijos y también tener tiempo para descansar, aislarse del stress, pensar, y entrar en contacto con la naturaleza es una opción estupenda. Nosotros venimos totalmente renovados y con fuerzas para volver al trabajo con energías renovadas. Olga

Cadre magnifique

Très belle villa, au coeur de la campagne andalouse.sans vis à vis au calme en hauteur. La vue est magnifique avec ses champs d' avocats et mangues.la villa est propre interieur et extérieur .les enfants et nous mêmes avons apprécié la piscine chaque jour qui est propre. Mon endroit préférée reste la terrasse qui reste fraîche toute la journée et même le soir avec une vue magnifique .. Nous avons apprécié ce bon bol d'air frais qu'offre la villa.Le jardin fleuri autour de la piscine est superbe. La Cuisine est parfaitement équipée .le frigo américain est top ainsi que la machine a laver et le lave-vaisselle. Nous sommes pas loin de la plage à 20 Mn en voiture et 30 mn de malaga . Nous avons fait du shopping à Malaga dans un centre commercial ,nombreux restaurants pas cher et supermarché . Nous avons profité du poisson frais et fruit de mer un vrai régal. La villa est idéale pour se ressourcer loin du bruit de la ville et de la chaleur en été . Parfait pour ceux qui veulent rester au calme et sans personne autour sauf la nature .merci a Dorothée pour ses renseignements précis et rapide ainsi qu'à Roger .l'échange a été simple et facile. Nous avons été ravi du séjour qui fut court à notre goût.le départ fut triste pour nous et les enfants !! Nous y reviendrons l'année prochaine avec plaisir ...c sûr.

Ein sehr schönes gepflegtes Haus, sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Sehr gefallen hat mir, dass die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet ist und auch Kleinigkeiten wie Olivenöl, Essig, Salz, Pfeffer, Klopapier usw. vorhanden waren. Das Haus liegt ruhig und die Aussicht ist phänomenal. Die letzten Meter zum Haus sind sehr steil. Die Kinder durften jedes mal hochlaufen, da ich vermeiden wollte mit dem Mietwagen "anfahren am Berg" üben zu müssen.

Great location

In the hills, near a village, very easy to access the beaches, Málaga, Granada etc but in a quiet location within walking distance of the village. The house is well equipped, clean and has an amazing view. The track up is a bit bumpy, but not compared to other villas in the area! Good communication with the owners and their local agent.
